    Well I have been on and off pe since last October and started up again this summer. The last week of may I measured 5x4 hard. I started a conditioning routine with 5min warm up 20min a stretch 5min warm down. Also I mixed 20 minutes of jelqing and squeezes into it. In the beginning of June I started to hang with my own setup of 2.5lbs for 2hrs everyday except weekends which are 1hr-30mins. I add some weight each week about .3-.4

    Starting size;; 5x4inches
    Current routine;; 2 hour hang on weekdays, 1 hour on weekend.
    Mild jelqing/squeezing when needed/think I can
    Traction Wrapped all day after hanging.

    I logged 2hrs of hanging at about 3.5lbs.
    After I put n a traction wrap to cement my gains all day.
    Also added in 10 minutes of jelqing.
    Measure to today at 5.66 inchs length and 4.33 inches girth.
    That is a .66 and .33 growth in 30days.
    Im gonna try to slow down on the masturbating as well.. been at it every day and cut out the porn.

      Logged another 2hrs today. So far I have 7hrs and 30mins. On Wednesday I took a break an only went 1hr 30min. And sunday I don't count because I count it as last week. Didn't really do much extra besides traction wrapping for the rest of the day and added in some bed fowler for 30mins.

        Last week; Total of hanging time was 10hrs and 30mins.
        Today;; Hung for 2hrs and did 10 v-jelqs to return flow after.
        Put on traction wrap and keeping on all day.

          So, far this week I accumulated 7hours of hanging.
          Measure again today.
          My length is now 6.33 inches, where my girth is still 4.33 inches.

            last week I logged 11hrs and 30minutes. Starting this week off with a good two hour hanging time.
            Added some mild weight below .5lb

                Measured today. Found to have gained .07" length and .17" girth. Found I gained some girth, probably from some of the minor edging/jelqs I've been doing. Girth ahoyyy!
                Stats; 6.4x4.5
                It seems I'm on track and gain a good .74" in length this month and it's not over yet! Woop woop!

                  Been busy, but I finally took some measurements. I've been getting in less sets so my gain I believe reflect that.
                  Gained .2" in length, girth still the same. (As I'm not doing any girth exercise)

                    In 3 months you gained 1.6 inches in length and half an inch in girth, wow that is amazing progress!

                      THanks Well that half inch of girth was probably just my erection quality being improved. Length wise I mainly hang and it seems like it does wonders, if you have time.

                        Added in some manual stretches as my alone time schedule is still up to debate.
                        Gained .37" in length, girth relatively the same.
