Just bought a hangar as I lost my homemade one, so my routine will be hanging with some more focus on girth.

    Todays workout was small but haven't done this for a while so need to build up.

    COol down (hot water, wrap)

      Planning on it espically when I get my new hanger! Nope so my lost in length didn't surprise me but did gain girth, tho I'm thinking that my weight might be effecting things slightly as got a bit more fat on me now, so plan on getting back into shape.

            Got my hanger today n tweaked with it a bit but didn't have time to try on. Will do so tomorrow

              Messed with the hangar a bit and tried to find the best settings. So far it is works fairly well as i did hang some small weight but getting it on and off comes with some slightly difficulty that I believe will work itself out after using it enough

                Forgot to update yesterday. Got more hanging time down and tried a different angle btc that I used before which is a great stretch. Also using traction wrapping as an ads like I did before or lazy ass stretch if I'm at home

                      So far have accumulated 6.5hrs on hanging mainly straight down with some btc for pre fatigue, not working much on girth tho think will pull more focus in a month
