    Porn-induced ED & date confusion

    It seems that I have gotten the # of days mixed up and that this log is for day 36 (20 August 2013)

    Anyways the routine went well today but it seems that I came to a realization that when it comes to getting spontaneous erections, morning woods and all that, I don't receive them at all as of lately and before I even started PE and this routine. I believe that I have a case of porn-induced ED with a mild form of death-grip syndrome by looking back on my past actions. I can get hard to porn easily but getting hard without it is much more difficult which leads me to this conclusion of being a victim of porn-induced ED.

    It is definitely good to come to terms about this because it all makes sense to me. The problem is that there in order to cure this problem is to stop all masturbation, sex and porn for 8 weeks or more depending on how bad it is. That is what's getting me.

    Do I stop doing the JP90 routine and go on this 'no touch' adventure and hope to cure this porn-induced ED or could I just stop masturbation, porn, fantasies and such without quitting the JP90 routine?

    I don't want to lose the gains that I have already received. I just don't want to start from square one with the fact that I literally wasted hours of my time making my dick bigger just to find out that these gains will be lost after this ED is gone.

    Anyways that is all I have to say as of right now. I will figure out on what to do later and I will keep all who reads this log posted.

      Day 37

      Today was rather nice even though I did my exercise late at night as usual. The routine today seemed a bit more longer than usual with the fact that I tried slowing down the reps on the jelqing and got a little too erect and had to let the hardness subside to continue.

      Notes:
      I am going to add more reps in the kegels and circle stretches to the routine and adding flaccid bends to the routine to gain more in girth. Also, I am going to add the number of jelqs by 10% and if I don't get any signs of over-training myself I will submit the new routine. Tomorrow I am going to measure myself and see if there any new gains to report.

      As for the recent post about my conclusion to porn-induced ED I have decided not to quit the JP90 routine and/or PE exercises, however I am going to abstain from porn, fantasies, sex, and masturbation, albeit, when it comes to masturbation I will be allowing myself to masturbate if needed when it comes time to measure myself. I know that I will get over this cursed ED without quitting PE. Because I believe I am a champion. And champions always overcome the biggest obstacles that fall in there path!

        Today I woke up rather earlier than usual and decided on doing my measurements to get them out of the way for the day.

        Last Measurement (15 August 2013):
        BPEL: 7.125 inches
        NBPEL: 6.4 inches
        MSEG: 5.3 inches

        Current Measurement (22 August 2013):
        BPEL: 7.15 inches (I measured multiple times and it was bouncing from 7.1 to 7.2 so I took the midpoint instead of claiming 7.2)
        NBPEL: 6.4 inches
        MSEG: 5.3 inches

        Notes:
        Since for the fact that I am doing no masturbation, porn, sex, and even fantasies, measuring today was harder than usual because in the past I usually had some porn going on while measuring.

          Day 38 (22 August 2013)

          Today I decided to up the ante with my workout and add in a stretch to my routine. However if I see signs of overtraining after a short period of time from the change of my routine I will return to the same routine but I will keep the added stretch into the routine.

          New Routine:

          Warm Up - (10 minutes with a hotel towel)

          Stretching:
          • Helicopter shakes (5 rev/sec for 20 sec)
          • LEFT thigh stretch (30 kegels)
          • Straight out pull (15 big circles left & 15 big circles right)
          • Flaccid bend stretch DOWN (30 sec hold)
          • Helicopter shakes (5 rev/sec for 20 sec)
          • RIGHT thigh stretch (30 kegels)
          • Straight out pull (15 big circles left & 15 big circles right)
          • Flaccid bend stretch LEFT (30 sec hold)
          • Helicopter shakes (5 rev/sec for 20 sec)
          • Straight out stretch (30 kegels)
          • Straight out pull (15 big circles left & 15 big circles right)
          • Flaccid bend stretch RIGHT (30 sec hold)
          • Helicopter shakes (5 rev/sec for 20 sec)
          • Straight up stretch (30 kegels)
          • Straight out pull (15 big circles left & 15 big circles right)
          • Flaccid bend stretch UP (30 sec hold)
          • Helicopter shakes (5 rev/sex for 20 sec)

          Wet Jelqs and V-jelqs:

          I also do JAI stretches whenever I can throughout the day.

            Day 39 (23 August 2013)

            Everything went smoothly today. I am going to keep doing this newly changed routine from now on unless in the future I see signs of overtraining.

            Notes: After the first time with the new routine I feel like there was nothing indicating the symptoms of overtraining. In fact when I was getting ready to start my routine for the day I had a larger flaccid than normal. I measured it out of curiosity and I was just over 4 inches completely flaccid.

            One of the things that I have trouble with in telling if I have positive PIs is that my porn-induced ED has made spontaneous erections to be rather rare and morning woods don't come as often as I desire. I don't feel any pain, numbness, or loss in size so I don't seem to have any bad PIs that I can note.

            I bought myself a bottle of L-arginine supplements and I hear that it can help with ED and increase the hardness of erections. So I will plan on taking 2 grams of L-arginine 3 times a day from now on.

              Day 40 (24 August 2013)

              No changes in the routine. I haven't seen any negative PIs so that is good and will continue with the same routine. I will measure in a few days but for right now my main worry is my porn-induced ED problem. I have gone around 4 or 5 days without porn, masturbation, fantasies and it feels like I can definitely handle this type of thing since I am not quitting my PE routine. I guess it is easier because the stimulation of the PE is like an unintentional form of masturbation even though I don't come close of ejaculation or a full erection.

              I think when I am cured of the ED I will add in a stretch to counteract turkey neck because I feel that is somewhat unavoidable. However, I have seen that the creator of the reverse erect skin stretch made note that it has helped him out with eliminating a bit of his turkey neck.

                Day 41 (25 August 2013)

                Rest day

                Notes: Today I had somewhat of a morning erection. It wasn't rock hard or anything but it was something. No spontaneous erections today, sadly. I am just hoping this ED doesn't last for half a year or anything. I am just going to try my best and hope everything gets fixed within a couple of months and that I return back to normal.

                  Rest day

                  Notes: Tomorrow I am going to see if using a lighter grip will help EQ since it seems that I haven't seen any EQ increased out of the whole time I have been on the JP90 routine. As a side note, I had my first day of college and it was a really nice experience.

                    Day 43 (27 August 2013)

                    Today was rather bad. I was losing my erection level that I needed to be in during my jelqs and I just feel a big loss in libido lately. I don't feel the desire for really much of anything. I don't feel the need to masturbate all that much. Sure there are some moments where I do feel the urge but I hold myself back to continue what I am doing in hopes that this ED goes away and my hard rock erections return as well as spontaneous erections throughout the day. I have heard that no porn and masturbation along with fantasies can create periods of "flatlining", having a loss in overall libido in what is called as a system reboot at porn-induced ED help forums have called and that I think I am starting to fall in this period of time.

                    I realized that I haven't been doing the reverse kegels in the stretching so I am adding those in. I am having trouble feeling the actual kegel when I do them but according to one of the people that wrote about them, he said that these reverse kegels were stretching the pelvic floor muscles and not contracting them causing tension like regular kegels.

                    My desire for this ED situation to go away has dramatically increased to where I feel that I would do anything to get over this hump. When it comes to increasing EQ, edging is the way to go. However I read on those ED forums that doing edging while abstaining from all masturbation, porn, etc. would be detrimental to my progress. I forget how a few people explained it so I will have to take a look again.

                      Day 44 (28 August 2013)

                      Forced rest day

                      Notes: I woke up in the morning with a semi-hard on and decided I wanted to measure myself, but when I got done measuring myself (no gains) I decided that I had enough of denying myself from masturbation and relapsed on masturbation. I went 8 days without masturbation and release until this morning. I haven't relapsed on porn, though, which is a very good thing.

                      Looking back I remember the first few weeks of the JP90 routine. I would easily get hard from doing the V jelqs and it seems now that it isn't happening anymore. It has been just over a month and I am now thinking that I overtrained myself without knowing, resulting in a loss of EQ. I remember having to look at porn a couple times before I started this no porn/masturbation ordeal to cope with this EQ loss when jelqing. I know I have been making changes recently to my routine and it seems that I am going to be making another today. Today I will return back to the very original JP90 routine, cut out the extra stretch I had in, use a light grip with jelqing, and continue no porn with masturbation.

                      Also, I am going to decrease my masturbation to when I truly feel the desire to ejaculate and not arouse my cock from flaccid to an erect state. Probably once if not twice a week. I won't allow myself to get addicted to masturbating as to where I did it multiple times a day in a certain point of my life.

                      I hope by the middle of next month or hopefully before that I will see an increase in EQ. I've got my fingers crossed because it feels like an agonizing torture knowing my cock is not at a healthy state like it used to be in.

                        Currently taking a break to figure out what I should do about fixing this ED and raise my EQ. I realize now that it is better to have a functioning and healthy penis than have a longer one that is not functional. I am going to gather some resources and figure out what exactly must I do in order to fix these problems.

                          I have decided to restart my PE routine on September 17th (1 full week from now). I will create a rice sock to use for warm ups because I am getting rather tired of using a towel I have to reheat every minute or two.

                            Experiment with different PE setups and ideologies. One should work for you.

                              I read one of your posts stating that you got Porn induced ED. If that's the case then you should reboot from porn. If it's been a while since your reboot and you still have EQ issues i think you are flatlining. Continue with PE though. Your EQ is not related to PE.
