    Day 4 (18 October 2013)

    Workout:
    10 to 15 minute warm up with rice sock.
    Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels, and flaccid bends.
    155 wet jelqs (55 jelqs per set) & 105 V-jelqs (35 jelqs per set)
    Finished with 10 to 15 minute warm down with rice sock

    The workout went fine and there were no foul ups on my end. If anything happens in the meantime, then I will make a post about, but for now it is looking good

      Workout:

      Notes: The dull pain I was feeling has gone away but I will still pay attention to my scrotum and vas deferens. The workout itself was great. Did a few jelqs more than the usual sets I have but I don't think that will harm anything. Without porn and masturbation and climaxing for 10 days I feel my erections to be somewhat stronger.

        Rest day

        The dull pain in my scrotum returned and it is getting me pretty concerned. I'm going to do some research on possibilities of what could be my problem. The pain on a 1 to 10 scale is at 3.5. Massaging the area and icing it seems to numb the pain I'm feeling.

          Rest day

          Last night I tried to measure myself and ended up getting mixed results so I am going to have to measure again later. I felt that since I already jerked off to get an erection I might as well finish, thus breaking my 12 day abstinence of masturbation.

          To my surprise the day after that I felt no pain or the previous symptoms I had before for the past 4 days. I set up an appointment with a physician just to be sure and he told me that he couldn't find anything noticeable and that we would wait and see if anything reappeared. So here I am now going to stop using the hair tie for my balls and go back to my previous method that wasn't nearly as effective as the hair tie. But I don't care too much. I am just happy that the doctor said there wasn't anything noticeable and that we would wait and see if anything reoccurred.

            Recuperation time: 1 week

            Upon getting a clean bill of health from the doctor I am giving myself at least a week break of PE for myself to recover. I don't like it all that much but I believe it is essential in order for me to not be at the hospital again getting my balls checked out by my doctor.

            I've noticed a small drop in EQ since the injury so this recuperation will hopefully benefit me. I am thinking of doing some kegels daily to see if that will help or not.

              I am back!

              Day 18 (1 November 2013)

              First time getting back into a PE routine after the 1 week recuperation. All healed up and ready to go.

              Workout:10 to 15 minute warm up with rice sock.
              Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels, and flaccid bends.
              155 wet jelqs (55 jelqs per set) & 105 V-jelqs (35 jelqs per set)
              Finished with 10 to 15 minute warm down with rice sock

              I sometimes do reverse erect skin stretches to combat any turkey neck from forming.

              I am going to add in JAI stretches in my daily routine and do them whenever I can.

              Day 19 (2 November 2013)

              I got myself fresh and shaven clean down there, making the jelqing part of the routine easier for me. I used cocoa butter for my jelqing but I was having difficulty with it when I was trying to do my V-jelqs. After a few attempts I gave up and switched to some Astroglide gel lubricant that I've previously used and will stick to using that for now.

              I did some JAI stretches in the shower earlier in the day and probably should have done another set of them in the afternoon.

              The workout was hard because I faltered on my no porn/masturbation for a week or so, causing me to have a bit of a trouble getting my erection up to proper level and maintaining it there. I am now slowly starting to get back into the no porn/masturbation groove, again.

                Day 20 (3 November 2013)

                The workout was simple enough like all the times before. Had trouble keeping proper erection levels but it wasn't too bad.

                Workout: 15+ minute warm up with rice sock.
                Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels, and flaccid bends.
                155 wet jelqs (55 jelqs per set) & 105 V-jelqs (35 jelqs per set)
                Finished with 10 minute warm down with rice sock

                I have decided to add in a few minor exercises that I can do at any part of the day. Those being fowfers in the chair and in bed, followed with JAI stretches. I'll do chair fowfers when I want to throughout the day and JAI stretches during pee breaks or whenever I feel like it. I am doing chair fowfers while I am typing this post right now.

                I haven't measured in a while so I think I will do a measurement next week. Most likely will stay the same since I took a little over a week for recuperation from my injury using a sling on my balls to keep the scrotum skin from moving up when I jelqed. However, I will be happy to see gains from either length or girth. I would much prefer girth. I haven't gained anything in that section since I started. I want to have a fat one! I guess patience is a virtue so I will do just that.

                  Day 21 4 November 2013)

                  I was turtled up a bit for today and thought I would reduce the number of jelqs by a small amount. It didn't seem to do the trick as I was still at the same length. I looked up the causes of turtling and I am probably using too much tension in my stretches so I will reduce the tension next time I exercise, so hopefully I will not be turtling anymore.

                  Workout:
                  Warm up with rice sock for 10+ minutes
                  Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels, and flaccid bends.
                  150 wet jelqs (50 jelqs per set) & 90 V-jelqs (30 jelqs per set)
                  Finished with 10+ minutes with rice sock

                  I'll measure myself tomorrow since that is my rest day.

                    Measurement and rest day

                    Measurements has been the same and it is getting on my nerves. Although, a good reason for no gains was the 10 day recuperation that I did. It is just getting annoying. I am pretty much the same length and girth as I was a bit less than 3 months ago. I need some guidance of some kind because each week is passing by with no gains.

                    Current measurement (5 November 2013):
                    BPEL: 7 1/8 inch
                    NBPEL: 6 1/2 inch
                    MSEG: 5 3/10 inch

                      Day 23 (6 November 2013)

                      After looking around on the forum I forgot about the whole "less is more" type of mindset and realized that there is a definite possibility I am overexerting my dick with my exercises causing my gains to come to a halt. I am reverting back to my old routine. The JP90 routine.

                      Workout:
                      Warm up with rice sock 15 minutes.
                      Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
                      150 wet jelqs (50 jelqs per set) & 90 V-jelqs (30 jelqs per set)
                      Finished with 10+ minutes with rice sock

                      I sure hope the gains will come back. If they do then great! If they don't well at least I tried something different. I'll just keep going at it until something works right.

                        Today my dick was not turtling much at all from what I could tell. There were times throughout the day where my flaccid hang was longer than usual. I could feel it.

                        Warm up with rice sock 10+ minutes.
                        Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
                        150 wet jelqs (50 jelqs per set) & 90 V-jelqs (30 jelqs per set)
                        Finished with 10+ minutes with rice sock.

                        I've reverted back to the JP90 routine recently and haven't regretted it since. I am very glad. I am experiencing better PIs (Physiologic Indicators). I am more hornier than I was usually, my flaccid hang has been better in a short amount of time and it seems to be easier to achieve an erection. I am tempted to measure myself already, but I've committed to not measuring myself for at least a week or two. No need to be antsy right now. Patience is key.

                          Post workout notes: Warm up was a bit more difficult than usual. I had to redo my warm up because I got a call to help pick up my sis by picking her up and our dog because my dog was getting tired. Stretches were good and the jelqing went by decently.

                          Nothing much else to report except that I am thinking on adding some JAI stretches to my routine.

                            Post workout Notes: My workout was much later than I anticipated. Even though it may have been a little harder to do the workout, the workout went well. The stretching was more of a hassle than usual because I was getting erect too easily.

                            I am antsy to measure myself because I feel my erect state is larger than before but I will dismiss that as my mind playing tricks on me because I'll just feel let down by measuring and not gaining.

                              Rest day

                              I am going to buy some new supplements soon. I've been thinking of supplements that will help with my penile health and to increase ejaculate volume.

                              In regards to my PE routine, I don't think I will measure for another week. I just don't feel like being let down by anticipating gains in just a week of going the whole "less is more" route. I wish good luck not only to me but to all PE'ers out there in whatever they are trying to accomplish.
