    Start Nov. 2009
    BPEL 6.5" EG 4.6"
    Goal: 7 x 5"+

    Been doing Kegels for 6 months, continue 3x a day, 5-6 days/week.

Starting every other day weeks 1-2, will increase in weeks 3-4:

    10 minutes rice sock
6-8 minutes stretching, all directions plus helicopters
10 minutes jelquing. 3 seconds each, with overhand OK getting close to base
5-10 minutes light pump session (pressure 3.5-4).
    some massage
    5 minutes rice sock warming

So far, positive signs: better flaccid hang, nice and flexible, good EQ.

Continuing, 3 days week 1, 4 days week2, working up to 5 days on 2 days off at week 5.

    - 10 minutes warmup w/rice sock
    - 10 minutes stretching (2 sets of 30 second stretches, all directions, with helicopters between)
    - 5 minutes jelqing - good 3-4 seconds each, grip as close to base as possible, aim for good technique
    - Oriental Massage
    - stamina/kegels, 5 seconds each
    - 10 minute pump at 3.5 - 4hg. Gradually will increase to 30 minutes max. Go in at 90-100% erect. Always drop pressure every 5 minutes. Finish with massage and a few jelqs.
    - 5 minutes warm down.

Not going to measure until 1 month, but EQ is great. Good flaccid hang all day. Also seeing gradual expansion in tube.

You seem to have good pi's.
Pumping is not usually commenced until ,you are well conditioned from hand exercises.
Devices are not my area but I am a little concerned.

Pegasus, sincerely appreciate for the feedback. I had the same concern initially, but did a lot of research and consulted with Big Al on this one. He said it was fine, and would help promote circulation/expansion after the workout (I mentioned that in another post). Pumping is fine, if used with care (and a gauge, and sensible constraints). People who reported negative signs were pumping too long, or at too high pressure. Same goes for extenders, which were used safely and effectively (and medically endorsed) by people who were doing no manual PE. I'm monitoring the PIs carefully, and very happy at this point :-)

Also, want to note that the ramp up to 30 minutes will not occur until after the beginner routine is complete.

TechGuy thanks Mr. Sneakypants and is happy that he is back on his routine. :-)

Hey tech guy interesting that we had almost the same starting size. I believe your goals are very attainable. I just reached that same goal yesterday =D. Although i had a bit more girth than expected but thats a big plus! Hope you make some good gains in your first months of p.e. Good luck!

Finished 3 weeks, just going into week 4. This was the first day that I had 2 on days in a row. Going to continue the above routine, gradually increasing intensity, but tried something just a bit different today.

                Warmup
                Stretch
                Pump for 15 minutes at 3.5 - 4 (drop pressure every 5)
                Jelqing
                Edging for stamina.

Just wanted to try pumping first (some prefer this). EQ was excellent, and had to keep pausing during jelqing to drop back down to 60-75%. Going to continue with original routine, jelqing first, but just wanted to throw something different in the mix. Started on 11/21, will measure on 12/21. Seems like there may be slight gains, but it may just be EQ. At this point I don't care either way. The gains WILL come.

Since EQ was really good the day after last session, I slightly rearranged jelq/pumping part as:

                  - jelq 50 good slow reps
                  - pump 7 minutes
                  - jelq 50 reps
                  - pump 7 minutes
                  - jelq 50 reps
                  - edge

Pumping seems to be enhancing the jelqing. Absolutely no negatives, and great EQ. Noticed that as long as it's not freezing out, flaccid hang 95% of the time throughout the day seems to be almost as if partially aroused (even when I
m not ). Not sure what that's about, but I'm assuming its a good thing? Increased blood flow??

Thanks Rock! I'm going to measure on 12/21. Trying to keep in sync with Mr. Sneakypants, for good luck since we started exactly 1 month apart with same stats (and the same goals). I'm in this for the long haul, that's for sure. I have confidence that it will work, with some experimentation and lots of patience too. :-)

Also, started taking supplements last week. I'm taking what is listed the paper I posted before, by Dr. Payne. I'll probably take a cyclic approach to this, but at least an initial 8 week course. I believe in optimizing, especially at the outset, and the results of remek's PE survey in this regard are too significant to ignore (43 percent!!).

Rock, the supplements are listed in this link, along with his recommended doses (see his enlargement discussion towards the end of the paper). I am taking slightly lower doses, which I don't have with me at the moment.

The author is a medical researcher, and seems to be knowledgeable on the subject. I looked at a few of the enlargement pill ingredients, and some are the same.
