Another rest day.
This makes day 5 of rest. The flaccid hang was much better this morning with some semi-wood too during breakfast, Gonna see how tomorrow feels and maybe resume training.
I did a lot of reading recently on injuries and overtraining, and that is playing into my decision to make sure Im completely ready to continue training.
