    Another rest day.

    This makes day 5 of rest. The flaccid hang was much better this morning with some semi-wood too during breakfast, Gonna see how tomorrow feels and maybe resume training.

    I did a lot of reading recently on injuries and overtraining, and that is playing into my decision to make sure Im completely ready to continue training.

      Got back at it today.

      Went in slow, did a shower warm up, then some stretches which didnt quite feel right. So I stopped after 3 30sec pulls. Then jelqed for about ~3 minute and didnt get very good pump/expansion. Gonna see how the PIs are and may have to take more time to rest.

        It seems that I am now back on track.

        Had really hard MW today, then various semis during the day, so I decided to do a session.

        Warmup
        30sec all directions with 1 extra on SD.
        Mellow jelqing 4-5 min.

        I have noticed that my unit seems to not like SO stretches, so I might dump those for now. I grip it and pull and then it tries to recoil so it messes up the grip and I have to reset. Gonna swap em for an extra SD next time.

          Rest Day.

          So gonna be 2/1 for now, and nothing more than helis on rest days. PIs good today, MW and good hang with a few semis throughout the day.

            Back at it today

            Quick warmup
            30sec all direction stretch with bonus on SD
            5 min jelq.

            It was a good session, the jelqing felt really good. PIs were good today, woke up with rock hard MW.

              Another session today. PIs good all day.

              shower warmup
              30 sec all directions with bonus SD L R
              6 min jelqing
              3 min edging.

              It all went well except for during the edging I got super expanded, very hard and big, then I sort of had a mental lapse and got anxiety. That led to turtling and more anxiety. I took a walk and feel better now, but I think I will stop edging for at least 1 month, its too intense for now.

                Yesterday was rest day, got back at it today. PIs have been good or neutral, no MW today.

                Shower warmup
                Stretch all directions 30 sec each
                4 min jelqing.

                So today was a light day, just to make sure I dont overdo it at all. I got a much better flaccid and stretches with the shower warmup today. Still having some issues with SO stretch, it tries to retract as im holding the stretch. Got my man-hood in the mail, so I have been using that, but its hard to get it to stay on all day. Hopefully I can figure it out because already I am liking the protection it gives.

                  Okay so yesterday was a rest day. Had really high EQ at night for a sexual encounter.

                  Went for a workout today and it didnt go well, I am suffering a bit of anxiety related to PE, I made a separate thread here https://www.pegym.com/forums/challen...ml#post1253229

                  Todays workout was as follows

                  Shower warmup
                  30 sec all direction with bonus SD and rotator cranks L/R
                  Begin jelqing, within 20 reps my corona felt a little tender and semi irritated, so I stopped and looked and it did seem a little puffy and tender to the touch. So I called it a day. Then got worried and turtled up bad. It may have had to do with me having rough hands, Im not really sure. I have a slight ache on the left side of my glans now.

                  So the weird thing is that last night I had amazing EQ, so hard it could cut diamonds, and then today I jerked off earlier in the day, and it felt fine. Must be a combo of anxiety and rough hands. Might take a few more days off we will see how I feel tomorrow.

                    I decided to do a detox/reset for my body and mind. For the next 10 days ( or more) I will be following the plan below. I will come back to pe when I feel ready.

                    No caffeine
                    No alcohol
                    No added sugar
                    No fast/junk food
                    No news or politics

                      Still resting up the unit. The break from caffeine and alcohol has been good. Over the past few days I have had little spots of achy/pain or even a slight tingling/itch in the left side up near the head/corona. So I will be resting it some more to make sure im 100% ready to continue. I did wake up with MW today so that is good.

                        Still resting. No MW but had a few spontaneous daytime erections yesterday, so I do think everything is fine. No more pain/itch or anything on the glans since the last time i mentioned it. But I have been OCD checking my penis a lot to see if anything is wrong. Then I did something stupid and rubbed the glans/corona with dry fingers to test the sensitivity which ended up hurting it.

                        I ended up reading over my old log from 2011 and I did learn some from that. I came out of the gates way too hot this cycle, especially with the stretches. When I start training again I will likely do 4 days a week to start and just play it really safe and do a linear progression.

                        Some good news is that Im still on the detox plan and resisted the need for a beer tonight, so if I make it tomorrow this will be the first weekend in a looooong time without alcohol.

                          Still resting. Had hard MW today, and the flaccid has been good for the most part. I should be ready to train again soon but I am going to make sure I am 110% ready to go mentally and physically.

                            Still been resting but decided to do some light ballooning after a shower warmup. Only went for maybe 3-4 minutes and the EQ was thru the roof. Very hard erection. I noticed that I have a tendency to clinch the pc and thats something I will be working on because I think it played a part in the hangups I have had the last couple weeks.

                              Still been resting. Last night had sex and the EQ was amazing. Something funny happened though, not sure exactly what. When I cummed it was like I didnt have much of an orgasm. It didnt feel normal hard to say why. It may have been premature ejaculation with a weak orgasm because I have unbalanced pelvic floor. I strained it doing edging those two days in a row about a week or two back. It could also have been cause I mishandled my glans lately so maybe it isnt fully back to normal.

                              Im gonna be doing reverse kegels to hopefully balance things out.

                              Otherwise the EQ was amazing and my dick looked very healthy and bigger than normal. So I might measure just for fun to see if I got some gains from the EQ.

                                Well still been resting. Everything seems to be fine now although there is still some redness on the glans, kind of like very small circles. I had good MW today. And then did a mellow fap session and measured just to see if anything changed.

                                Everything was the same except bpel was around 5 7/8 and practically 6". Nbpel seemed just over 5 1/4, BEG was 5 and MEG was unchanged.

                                Edit: forgot to mention, I am still off caffeine but broke the break from alchohol and had drinks since friday. Instead of coffee I have been making homemade hot chocolate with dark chocolate.
