16.2.2015
I think I finally reached the real fatigue as far as wanting to lower weights. I added another 0.5lb to my weights so I started first set with 13.2 lb and it felt good.
When I started the next set for some reason it felt really intense and the base of my shaft was really fatigued for some reason so I had to lower the weights to 12lb so I could manage the weight.
This seems like a great progress since I have been wanting to reach this point of riding fatigue.
On another hand not sure if I really have reached this point since I was not able to sleep today that well I think I got only 5-6 hours of sleep so the extra fatigue could be because of that.
All in all today was the first time I wanted to lower the weights because going forward with the same weight felt like too much.
I'm going to start my tomorrows first set with 13.2lb and see if I will have to lower the weights again. Going to get those pills tomorrow too.
I'm also going to aim to get much more sleep today.
Now back to hanging and studying.
