I just stick to 2 day on 1 day off schedule with clamping seems to be a good schedule as far as clamping goes for me.

I bought BIB hanger for 95 dollars it was starters edition.

As far as Phallosan goes kickinthemebs sold it for me for reduced price. I ordered LG hanger for full price I think it is like 300 euros.

          • I see, I'll have to look into those options when I'm less focused on manual exercises. I've had cable clamps stored away, but I think I'll take the phallosan route, if I ever save up the cash to buy a used or new set.

How it felt: Chilled today a lot. I used Phallosan during the day for couple hours.

Then probably mid day started with manual stretches and did my clamping. Had a quite good clamping session especially the first set was really good.

Tomorrow will be rest day from clamping. Did some Calisthenics and dumbell curls prior to sleep.

Strapped into Phallosan for the night. I hope I will get my LG hanger this week.

                    • Anyways it happend again the whole blood thing this time had some visible blood coming from my urethra.

I was holding a manual stretch and it happend. I will continue PE on next weeks Friday will not do any PE work until then.

So will be missing a almost a week of lots of Phallosan hours and clamping. I guess it is better to rest more this time.

Only thing I will be doing is kegels. Will do more working out.

                      This sucks.

                      • Phallosan notes for myself:

I will from now on do only 2-3 pumps max with phallosan.

Going to stop using baby powder on my glans since I think it could of created the tear and cause the bleeding from it due to dry glans.

Lastly at this point going to drop manual stretches from my routine since I'm getting plenty of hour currently with my Phallosan.

My LG hanger will arrive this or next week so will be using that in future when this stuff is all healed up.

                        • yah anything more than 2 or 3 pumps will cause my glans to be too pale. I usually wear it max straight for 5-6 hours then I have to take it off and give it a short break. I used to have issues with the phallosan but not recently since ive been doing the 2-3 pumps. Also Im using the protector cap where in the past I didnt use one. (back then I had my skin peeling off, and tingling at the urethra). So far really enjoying wearing my phallosan and Im racking up 12-14 hours daily. (dont even wear it to sleep cause I prefer the regulated stretch during the day). Dont mean to hijack your post. Just wanted to share my experience

Rest is absolutely important, Purps! Just take it easy. I've injured myself before and wanted to continue but knew better. Just wait for PI's to be solid positive and start it back up.

                            • I'm really sorry to hear it happened again but REST is really important now! Also, try not to think about the injury and let your body heal. You may be right about the baby powder theory and you can definitely take if off the list. Also, you don't need manual stretching if you are getting hours with the phallosan so you can take that off the list too. I think it's not a big deal but do rest a lot now and get back to exercising when you are fully recovered.

Hope you are doing well now, take it easy and it's gonna be just fine

So I have been resting but today the LG hanger arrived!

Still figuring it out but learning how to use. Feels for sure different than BIB hanger. I did two 25 minute set with LG hanger.

It was intense I used 11lb which was too much so next time which will be most likely tomorrow I will drop it to 7-8 lb.

After taking the hanger off I got some edema it has reduced right now. I took a shower and in the shower my top part of the shaft was quite expanded almost to the size of my mid shaft.

                                It looked kind of cool.

So back to PE tomorrow. I will do some hanging tomorrow and clamping probably.
