I dont understand why anybody expects gains from the JP90 in just 5 weeks. Especially in girth, something that can be so tricky to gain. You're lucky you have managed to gain at all.

Quality beats quality regarding jelqs...I prefer doing them really slow and instead of counting them...Work how long 150 takes time wise...then instead of counting which can be distracting time them doing 5 second strokes or what ever you like in the allotted time.
A rule I stick to is...if you get red spots on your bellend or no/poor morning wood the day after a routine then give a workout a miss and work on EQ.

I never did the JP routine and I never liked the V jelqs either. I did a much simpler and less intense beginners routine to begin with. I didn't see any significant gains from that, however, I got more in tune with my body. I believe the initial 1 cm gain I had was more due to enhanced EQ which I'm still working on up to this date. I believe it to be an 8 now. It's funny because I always thought I had great EQ. Turns out it was only a 7 at best and viagra was doing most of the work for me anyway. I'd like to think that the 0.5 cm I gained recently is due to actual gains, but that's kinda wishful thinking. My EQ still needs a lot of work. I smoke one pack a day now after yet another failed attempt at quitting and I believe that and depression are playing a major role in my low EQ. What is paramount is to be in the zone and PE accordingly with your bodily responses. What I mean by that is that you should up the intensity of your workout as you advance. To give you an example, I started out by doing 200 wet jelqs and now it is up to 450. I stopped adding them at 300 but then my PIs guided me into increasing them again. I only added 10 jelqs per workout just to see gradually how my body responds to that. I will eventually reduce the number of jelqs and incorporate other more advanced, less time consuming exercises when the time is right.
