        The reason for backing down and doing the stretches for 40 quick kegels each rather than 45 is that I forgot the number I was doing and thought I was doing 45. Also, my EQ has been down 2-3 levels but I've been very horny and have had no trouble getting and staying hard, apart from once with my gf when I'd already cum that day (happened last weekend; I wasn't keeping up with my kegels!).

          Yesterday I did the LAS twice for ~12.5min each time.

          I'm going to take about a week off from PE to bring my EQ back up, as I'm really hoping to have sex with my gf next weekend (as the semester is coming to a close and finals are a week later, so not too much stress then. Unfortunately, my gf will probably get on her period before finals end/right after, so probably won't be able to then).

          I will however continue stamina work and kegels, as I do not want to cum in half a minute lol. Although I have told her that PremE is a thing so she shouldn't be too surprised if that happens, and the second round I'll definitely be all good (I'm a virgin and she is not by any means).

            I have a terrific stomach ache that started last night. My urine is also pink, but I think that's due to beets I ate this morning and unrelated.

              Well, my stomach still hurts, but it's a lot better in the morning, and I'm not going to let it interfere with my stamina work! Although it did prevent me from doing my kegel routine yesterday.

              Morning: just edged for 24min:30s before ejaculating. I tried to practice pushing off PONR with reverse kegels, but I still have to get the hang of it. That I lasted that long is probably more due to that I didn't use lube. I planned on going for a DO, but it felt so good that I completely forgot and just let go.

              I'm going to edge again this afternoon, still practicing pushing off PONR with rverse kegels, but this time I'm going to use lube, and I'm not going to cum at the end. I also used porn this time, but I will not this afternoon.




              Ok, just edged a second time, this time for 17min:45s before ejaculating. I decided to ejaculate this time in order to attempt DO and since I was still getting random boners, but did not manage it; I held onto a kegel for a few seconds, but decided/had to let go. No ejaculate came out until shortly after I released the kegel.

              After ~10min I began to have trouble staying hard so after that I had to provide more stimulation in order to keep my erection (not a good sign!). I'm not going to touch my penis tomorrow, and will edge once Thursday with release.

                Today (datewise, yesterday), I edged for ~25min before ejaculating.

                Given that finals are coming up and I'm actually going to have some time after finals with my gf where she will not be on her period, I'm no longer really hoping for sex this weekend, but then. Have to decide what to do about PE cuz of that; that'd be ~3 weeks without. I'm almost definitely going to start doing LAS, at least.

                There's something else I wanted to say but I've completely forgotten, so that's it for now.

                  Alright, so I'm back after forcing myself to not PE and stay off the forums until end of finals. Going to get back to PE'ing, and going to purchase a Bib in a few weeks I've decided on the Bib Starter instead of the Hardcore, as I've heard that the starter is more comfortable and at the beginning comfort is paramount.

                    Alright, edged for 17min:30s today. I would have liked to go for over 20min, but my erection was beginning to go down so I just made myself cum. Next time when I feel that happening I won't allow myself to cum; I'll see what that does.

                    Earlier today I also did about 5 reps of a 20s kegel followed by a 20s reverse kegel.

                    I haven't gotten back to regular PE'ing yet because I've been going to sleep fairly late but have to wake up earlier to talk to my gf before she goes to sleep, as she's jetlagged and a 12 hour time difference away. I'll try to fit in some time tomorrow morning/early afternoon and see how that goes.

                      Ended up just edging for another 12.5min...for the next three days I'm going to follow minuteman's 3day routine: https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...y-routine.html.

                      Hopefully I'll PE tonight, and I'm going to do my kegel routine later today. I'm following that outlined in minuteman's DO guide. I'm at level 2.1, with an additional 100 quick kegels at the beginning to warm up.

                              I actually don't know my gains so far as I haven't measured in a while and my penis is consistently scared of the ruler. On top of PE for size, right now I'm working on getting my EQ and arousal up to a point where I can measure without getting soft.

                              I gained 0.2" or so somewhere, but I'm not quite sure where or when as at the beginning I wasn't keeping very good track and didn't have a set routine so I'm not counting that at all.

                              Last I measured I gained 0.06" in length, although I was not completely hard at the time so that dramatically understates any actual penis gains; however, it's as much as I know about it, and even with that not being a full erect measurement it's what I'm counting until I can measure without my penis shying away. Since then, I've taken a few weeks off due to finals and am getting back to PE now, as you can see from my log.

                                Oh alright.Yea mines ruler scared too,dont want to be discouraged by no gains,but as from what I can see,as the wife has also said,it looks thicker.Might be placebo effect,but I'll end up measuring later on. I was only pumping only two or three times a week,but going to combine jelqs and pumping as well as stretching and hopefully do it at least 4 times a week.. I just hate it because the combo takes me an hour in the shower. Mainly warming up,I always make sure it's warmed up good,that's the time consuming part. Got work to get gains though,that I know. I'm going with consistency on this one,in which I have trouble with due to being impatient.Same thing with my gym workouts, I end up stopping after 6 months usually. Patience is a virtue,I know this now from experience.
