You know I was thinking of that the other day. You know it's really hard to say in all honesty because I use it and the end of every workout. I think my dick may recover faster but I'm not sure. I like to gain a full erection after my jelqing and then stretching to make sure enough blood is there for recovery and it helps to get it there by using enlargel after my workouts. The link to my old progress thread that spans about three to fours years is linked in the beginning of this thread. I did a good amount of stretching and jelqing both with devices and manually. Back again after absence/injury... (and again and again....
Yo Guys,
I'm back in te habbiy after a series if unfortunate events that happened to my penis.
First, I got a he'll of a bump on the underside of my penis where the foreskin would be right below the head. I have no idea what it was but it hurt like a bitch. I suspect a bug bite because there appeared to be two swolen white heads on the bump and it seemed to spring up over night (the girl I was with hadn't even noticed it that night). A lot of zit cream and neosporin got the bump to go away but it still left a hard bump under the skin that's been gettin smaller and smaller since and is now practically gone.
When the bump was small enough I started PE back up but went too hard and didn't warm up and cool down everytime again and got Urethritis. LESSON: DONT DO THAT.
I'm back at it but I dont have as much free time as I used to so I'm only jelqing with the Power Jelqer since I can do it in the shower. I started with 100 reps during the first week an an now up to 130 after three weeks. I'm planning to move up to 160 and start again from 130 like I saw on DLD or Big Al's page to maximize gains. Am I supposed to take a week off before I reset my reps? Anyone done this before?
Sadly I don't have the time to stretch anymore but I did make it to 8.5 inches. I've wanted a 6 inch girth (I'm still around 5.5) for a long time so I will be looking forward to that and welcomig any gains in length that come from the Power Jelqer. I'd hope for some but wouldn't expect much. Anybody see noticeable length gains from jelqing or Power Jelqing alone?
Three weeks strong on the rebounding from my setbacks and hoping to keep it up. I'm graduating in May and been putting my dick to ad much hood use as possible before I'm outta here. The more fucking i do, the more motivated I become to keep up the routine. I've noticed "the look on her face" a lot more often now and have been getting some great compliments. Regular condoms and even magnums don't fit confortably. I have yo use Magnum XLs and those are pretty snug. I'll try to be more active on the site and happy enlarging!

Anyone know where this routine came from for various excercises?
Say it was for Power Jelqing, which I am doing...
Week 1: 100 reps. 2 days on 1 day off
Week 2: 110 reps
Week 3: 120 reps
Week 4: 130 reps
Week 5: 140 reps
Week 6: 150 reps
1 or 2 week break then resume with
Week 1: 120 reps
Week 2: 130 reps
etc.
Where did this routine come from and can anyone solidify it for me? I hink it was Big Al or DLD.
