    Took 2 weeks off for 2 reasons....Reason one was I was on holiday, second reason and most important one is my penis has become too long now, the wife is complaining that when I go balls deep its too painful....was hoping a little time off would de-cement my length gains ( it didn't work)

    Using https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...explained.html I'm a tunica case, so I've been doing a routine which is more stretch heavy.

    I've gone from 6.7 to 7.5" since I started and all I really wanted was girth, I was always happy with the length.

    I know not many people reads these logs, but if any vets do and would like to advise me, feel free..would appreciate some input.

      Warm up 15 mins followed by 20 mins of part 1 + 2 + 3 ( 5 mins cock ring jelqing )

      revised my stretch routine to only do helicopter tunica tugs, bundled stretches and fowfers/LAS.

      5 min warm down

        If you want girth gains, i think its better to do jelqing, pumping and edging and excersises of that sort.
        Stretches target length.
        Today:
        BPEL: 7"
        NBPEL: 6.6" +.8"
        MSEG: 5.8" +.2"
        NBPFL: 4.8" +.8"
        I got the results without PE. I changed up my lifestyle, started working out, lost a whole lot of weight and increased my EQ.

        Goal for satisfaction:
        7" NBPEL and a great physique.

            We still have to damage the cells in order for them to repair larger though, so some stretching is needed for girth gains.

            I still don't own a pump, but I'm considering getting one.

            I'm also going to incorporate clamping into my routine, I can only get a true erection with the Mrs so have never bothered with clamping...as anything less than a rager seems pointless

                Girth work increases EQ, and so does regular and reverse kegels!

                Remember, EQ level should not be above 70-80% for squeezes (at least as a beginner).

                  I'll definitely give the yoga poses a try, been meaning too for a while now....I have been doing the yogi squat for a little over a month now....I can hold a kegel and yogi squat for 5 mins!!

                  I can't get over 80% on my own any way MrBeeBee lol

                  The wife does erect squeezes/uli.. while blowing me...my fave exercise
