    First few days seem to be going really smoothly.

    I'm noticing a BIG difference in flaccid size already, that makes me really hopeful. Haven't had any soreness or anything, a few times I feel like I overdid a jelq and I got that sharp little pain near the top, but I just took the rest of the day off and everything was fine. The funniest thing is how much easier the helicopter shakes are now that my circulation has improved.

    I find myself wanting to do basic stretching whenever I get a chance haha. Could that cause problems? It's nothing intense at all, very light.

    Good work blue. Tell you a seceret ,JP does some light basic stretches when he has a pee. SHHH.

        Todays workout seemed kinda crappy. My penis wasn't cooperating; it was always too hard or way too loose when I was jelqing. Circulation is still good and EQ is a lot better than when I started. After a day like this I think ill take tomorrow off. Is that a bad idea?

        I ALMOST successfully stopped an orgasm with a kegel. I think next time im gonna get it.

            I've done it once since is started PE'ing two weeks ago, however I lost my erection as well lol so it doesn't count for much.

                  Everything still seems to be going really well, no apparent gains but I didnt expect any so soon anyway. Stretches feel like they are good, Im still pretty tentative when I jelq. I always feel like Im gonna blow a blood vessel

                    Doing well, hanging heavy (for the most part), gonna take today off because I had a pretty good intense set yesterday. Plus I wound up working out a few days ago when I thought I was going to take a break, so I haven't had a break yet. Happy Holidays guys.

                      Guys, I seem to have had a wow moment. Either that or I completely messed up my initial measurements.

                      What I thought I started at:
                      Bpel:6.75
                      EG:4.75

                      What I am now:
                      Bpel:6.8
                      EG:5.3 (this was the shocker)

                      So whatever I guess. Either I screwed up or this stuff works FAST. Maybe a little of both, but anyway I'm happy. Happy Holidays everyone.

                        ??? Is this at the base of your penis? If so, it might make sense that you measured girth in 2 different places
                        6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
                        10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
                        12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
                        6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)

                            Workout today was okay. Stretches felt good, did a long warmup. Erection level was being stubborn again. Couldn't keep it up for the jelqs. I have a question though! Over the holidays it was hard to keep with my usual routine and time schedule, and one day i didn't get to jelq. So later that night I was by myself and I started dry jelqing, and I felt like for the first time I was actually jelqing properly. I felt that slight tingle in the glans and everything felt like it got a workout.

                            Should I incorporate this somehow even though Im just in the beginners routine? Or maybe replace some wet jelqs with dry ones?

                              Good workout today, did jelqs in the shower with just water so kind of a wet dry hybridized jelq, but it went well. Did an intense warm up again, really felt good and ready to go. Im getting anxious to measure, I think i may have reached 7 BPEL, Ill find out tomorrow.
