I'm amping up the stretching part of my routine for the time being and it seems to really work. I think I have a flaccid stretch gain, but i haven't measured yet or seen if it translates to a EL gain haha . best wishes everyone.

hey guys, its been a while, bout 3 months of just doing maintenance stuff, im still right about where i left off

        EL around 7.0

        EG around 5.5

Ill measure soon and verify that. I think Im going to try to do a modified version of JPs beginner routine with some ulis and extended stretches to amp it up a bit. Any thoughts? good to be back

Glad to see you decided to come back zebra! Seems as though you already have a really nice size penis that you're working with dude. Whatever routine you decide to try, keep a close eye on your PI's. If you notice your penis responding negatively to any of the exercises, I would consider re evaluating your routine. I know it's sometimes difficult, but try to keep your progress log as up to date as possible, it really helps when other members comment on your routine, and also would be beneficial to you having all of your workouts documented for future reference. Good luck!

Thank you brother. Haha of course it took me like a month to respond. I have been working hard to get it back in shape though and the good PI's are starting to return.

today was a pretty light day- did 50 rotary cranks each way, around 70 wet jelqs at like 30 %, and a lot of basic stretches
