  • Day 51.

    Warm up 10 minutes.

    50 Jelqs

    2 Uli's for 20 second holds.

    Warm down 10 minutes.

    Starting to feel better today after lots of sleep and fluids, joints are aching and head hurts but stopped being sick and managed to start eating again, hands are feeling dry.

    As for today's (what should of been yesterdays) routine, it went okay took ages to get any kind of semi erection most initial jelqs were done flaccid, did do a few extra when I finally got semi-hard but didn't really count.

    Uli's felt pretty good but these as well were not done at usual erection level, but still got reasonably good glans expansion and flaccid looked bigger after routine.

    Rest day tomorrow.

    • Day 52.

      Warm up 10 minutes.

      4 Direction stretches 25 second holds followed by rotation stretch.

      2 tunica tugs for about 5 second holds.

      Warm down 15 minutes.

      Today's routine felt great, used a little more force than usual. Decided to add a few tunica tugs to isolate tunica from ligaments as I want to focus on length. I figured because I'm using my on days to focus on one type of tissue at a time as well as missing the downward direction stretch they would fit in quite nicely, which they did.

      Think I will be keeping these as a part of my routine.

      Flaccid hang looking good, still looking quite girthy flaccid from yesterdays routine, even though it generally needs blood before showing it's girth (something like the incredible hulk without the green). Did have a couple of red spots yesterday that have disappeared today, no signs of turtle, things look positive!

      Still feeling a little ropey from food poisoning and not eating right yet, but think I'm on the mend.

        Today's session went okay, flaccid hang still looked and felt bigger and heavier before today's session from the last.

        Jelqs went well and felt good. The Uli's were a little more of a struggle though, haven't been feeling very horny with food poisoning and had a little difficulty maintaining the erection and getting hard, just wasn't feeling horny or imaginative, but still got them done in the end.

        Edging went okay, admittedly watched porn, brain wasn't functioning properly so had to use a little external stimulation today. Once I got erection it was solid, got to PONR three times and ejaculated on the third.

        Flaccid after today's session seemed a little smaller, this could be due to ejaculating, as I went pretty easy I believe and definitely no heavier than normal that much is for sure. Flaccid still was pretty thick though and feeling pretty elastic, glans seem a little bigger, which is what I'm aiming for. Stretch day tomorrow (looking forward to it).

        Started eating properly or at least something like today, still feeling a little spaced and lethargic but not anywhere near as bad as I was.

          2 Tunica stretches for 5 second holds.

          Warm down 10 minutes.

          Today's routine went good, it felt a little rushed because pretty much after I had warmed up my parents phoned me up to ask for my help moving stuff and today was my wedding anniversary. Still managed to get it done, but I prefer to have plenty of time for each exercise.

          Didn't feel as though I got the same stretch as last time, probably because it was hurried, flaccid appeared pretty much the same today as before I started, which still looked fuller probably from yesterdays routine. Tunica stretches still felt good, but had problems with grip today. Rest day tomorrow.

            Today's session went well, I was feeling really horny before I began, decided to do Uli's first as was hard and it was impractical to jelq. I figured after a few Uli's erection would naturally subside, which it did, mostly.

            Did an extra five seconds for each hold as they felt great! Did the same rest in between, I got brilliant glans expansion! I noticed that my penis actually looks a little different around the glans and top of the shaft, it definitely appeared bigger and a little straighter. Looking good!

            Was still partially hard when attempting the jelqs did 25 straight off no worries, but when I came to do the reverse grip it was awkward, I think I was about 50% erect but it was still too difficult to jelq effectively, the base is a little thick and CS was deflating - makes grip difficult, need to be closer to flaccid. Decided to just carry on with forward grip, which work better, was hoping to do the UJ grip but it just wasn't happening, will get them next time.

            Edged after smooth muscle exercises today, got to PONR three times and ejaculated on the third, but didn't really have to focus too hard today to stop PONR, just relaxed pelvic floor as I have in the past and it worked fine, sometimes I find this method difficult and end up kegeling or RK'ing to stop it, but today it was effortless. Feeling mellow and things are looking positive! All in all a good session!

              So today's session went well despite, getting hard multiple times. Started with a tunica stretch followed by helicopter shake and then went into direction stretches followed by the last tunica stretch at the end.

              Tunica stretches are feeling awesome, they feel like the best stretch of the routine, the only trouble is if I don't get the grip right immediately I start getting hard, then have to wait.

              Did helicopter shakes after tunica stretches, have been doing these before but I think I forgot to include this in my log. Pretty much after each helicopter today I got hard, so my relatively short routine took a long time today, not that it has bothered me because I feel like I'm getting some great stretching in.

              The splitting of tunica and smooth muscle exercise days seem to be working for me so far! Rest day tomorrow.

                Yesterdays session went well, jelqs felt good, did a few extra because I did 50 UJ grip straight off, did another 20 forward grip.

                Uli's went okay, first one went great, but didn't get as hard for the second, think I was a little tired, but still got it done and still got expansion off the second, just not as good as the first.

                  Warm down 10 minutes.

                  Today's session went pretty good, left it a little late in the day, but got it done, feel like I haven't stopped today!

                  Started with first tunica stretch, which felt great, didn't quite get to the 10 seconds as grip didn't go too well on this first one, but it still felt really good.

                  Moved on to direction stretches which for the most part went well, all except the upward direction, for some reason I have always struggled with this direction, all the other directions I grab reverse ok grip. For the upward direction I grip forward ok grip. I seem to have to use more grip force to do this direction and still have to re-grip multiple times to get to the 25 seconds of the stretch. Other than this one direction though it went well.

                  The final tunica stretch felt best of all, I thought my unit may of started to minor turtle just before this, but I did do the upward direction just before this, coupled with all the rotations and directions, it may of not liked. After the last tunica stretch however, unit returned to better than normal flaccid hang (thicker too (it was still looking good from last session)). I did helicopters after the tunuica tugs and decided to add a firegoat roll to aid in returning the blood flow which I liked.

                        I noticed that you have similar structure of how I describe my workouts.

                        When are you planning to measure?

                          I don't really plan to do measuring (probably should though), I kinda just do it every now and then when I feel like it. But I may do it this time when I reach day 90.

                            So today's session went well, changed things around a little and did jelqing first, I wasn't feeling particularly horny and I normally get erect after jelqing anyway. Did 25 jelqs with forward grip and I figured out I have not been gripping quite right, I have been exerting more pressure on the top and bottom, but have been neglecting the CC's.

                            Even though I'm not really targeting CC's, I figured I might not be getting as good expansion as I could be because some blood might be escaping behind my grip, still was getting expansion though, but whatever helps.

                            UJ grip felt great and did the rest of the jelqs with this grip, gripping the side of the shaft with more pressure so blood can't escape, but still emphasizing the CS. I suppose the penis is made up of different parts, but it should sometimes still be treated as a unit

                            Uli's didn't go brilliantly, the first was good, but the second I started to go soft after about 10 seconds or so, but still just about got to 20. I think it may be because it's difficult to grip at the base as I'm thicker there than MEG, will experiment next time I do Uli's and see if I can make the grip better.

                            • Think I missed updating a few days here! Day 64 would of been stretch day and it went okay if I remember right!

                              Had an extra day rest though, did day 66 the day before yesterday :-

                              Missed the warm up for these as I was working till late (yes I know I'm bad), but I noticed I had an even better session than usual, I think the warm up is fatiguing the smooth muscle before I get to exercise. The Ulis felt great stayed hard with ease for them and got great expansion, particularly the glans.

                              Jelqs too felt really good! Made better use of ok grip - forward, UJ and reverse grip! When the session was done my unit felt heavier and a bit longer!

                                2 tunica stretches followed by helicopters and a few firegoats.

                                So yesterdays session didn't go quite as well, didn't warm up as I had an awesome session the day before. Had a bit of turtle after yesterdays routine, so I came to the conclusion that warming is definitely beneficial on my tunica days, I only really left out the warm up because I had a great day the day before.

                                Have been taking ginseng the last few days, more to see if it gives me a bit more fire for when I'm boxing.

                                Rest day today, will be re-incorporating warm ups for stretch days, may do it for smooth muscle days too, but with reduced warming time.
