I used to do PE and I gained 0.5". Then I stopped doing it and lost almost all of the gains. Now I am back.
I have been stretching and jelqing for 6 weeks now. I have gone from BPEL 6.8" to 7.0". Not a lot but better than nothing.
I started with 6.8x4.7 (BPEL, EG) and my goal is 8x5.5.
I will keep this same routine until I plateau, then I will change it to the "Big Al's Jelq Free Routine".
Current routine, 5 on, 2 off:
Warm-up
18min of stretching (3 sets x 30s in every direction: up, down, straight, behind the cheek)
500 reps of jelqing (I jelq FAST 1s-1.5s/jelq -> 500 is not as much as you would think!)
Edging 10min
Warm-down
I will add 100 reps to the jelqs everytime I plateau. I measure once a week. I will NOT go above 1000 reps or 30min. When I stop gaining, I will take 1 week rest and change the program.
14/4/2014: workout done.
