    Ok alright and yeah it can be pretty hard for me to keep a good grip, the middle part on the top of the head always slips out so I'm thinking I might try using baby powder since someone on a thread I read a little awhile ago said it works well.

      You can also grip with the palm of your hand away from you, so you do not have to grip with your normal jelqing grip.

        Yeah I like to stretch with my palm out because you can hold the stretch closer to your leg that way and it's also the way JP says you should, although when holding the upwards stretch for 25 secs I find it's easier using a palm in grip.

          Day 5

          Good session, I decided to try edging today and found it quite boring but was quite surprised how long I lasted though. There's most likely such a difference to edging and normal masturbation because I'm not thinking of anything sexual and now I realize how big of a difference not relaxing your pelvic floor and your mind state can make. I still haven't found a kegel routine but I'll start one tomorrow or the next day for sure.

          Today's routine:

          10 min warm up
          JP's routine stretches
          570 jelqs
          30 min edging (1 PONR and 2 min rest, I jizzed at the end)
          10 min warm down

                  Day 8

                  So today I did my own variation of the v-jelq instead of the JP's 90 Day Routine v-jelqs and they go like this: I use my index finger and middle finger in an upside down V shape so the point of the V is on the top of my penis with my palm facing inward, then I do the strokes as you would a regular jelq not releasing the first hand until the other is half way up the shaft and jelqing straight out from your body. I found that this exercise pushes the most blood towards the tip for me and I can get a perfect amount of strength in the grip using these 2 fingers.

                  Today's routine:

                  10 min warm up
                  JP's routine stretches
                  100 jelqs
                  90 of my version of the v-jelq
                  100 jelqs
                  90 of my version of the v-jelq
                  100 jelqs
                  90 of my version of the v-jelq
                  10 min warm down

                    30 min edging (2 PONRs and 2 min rests, I've been using the stop and start method so far with the breathe, hold breath, breathe technique as well)

                        I skipped out on yesterday's and today's session because I was busy, I also didn't have a chance to update my log so I'm doing that now for yesterday and today. I'm going to do a session tomorrow and rest Sunday so for this week I'll only get in 4 sessions just like last week.

                            Keep up the good work mate! Doing your log the way you are doing will keep you motivated and dedicated. I always log my rest days too, it keeps you on track and so that you don't put tooooo many rest days down

                              Day 13

                              Today I didn't end up doing a 4th day of PE for this week like I'd planned yesterday to do so I'm doing it tomorrow instead. Starting Monday I'm going to be on my third week already and from then on I'll be doing 5 days on 2 off for sure like I planned to on my first day but haven't been because I don't manage my time well but now I'm going to make sure I do and get in all my wanted PE sessions. I also am going to try out olive oil as a lube tomorrow since I need to buy some more already and I wanted to try something natural instead of baby oil.

                                Didn't get my session in today even though I said I would, I was just busy with other things. So that's a total of only 3 sessions this week and 7 total since I started.
