    Hello everyone, I'll start out by saying I'm completely new to PE and after doing some research on the subject at the many PE websites I finally decided that I'd give it a go starting with the JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine. So this thread will be my progress log and the next 90 days I'll be following the routine exactly with eventually an addition because I want to purchase an extender at some point throughout the 90 days. I'll also be taking the recommended supplements from the routine.

    I'll post my measurements tomorrow because I still need to go buy a measuring tape and after that I'll post updates on them every Monday.

    Ok time for me to start my first PE session.

    Day 1

    Alright well I just finished my first PE session a little while ago and would say it went pretty well, I did have an issue performing the v-jelq correctly though, the problem I had was my penis kept rotating so my fingers with end up on the top and bottom of my penis rather than the sides but after I started cupping my fingers a bit more and using my palm it stopped. Another issue I had was becoming too erect so I had to stop quite often I would only get to 50 normal jelqs max before this happening and it happened even more frequently with the v-jelqs. I also realized with today's session that I definitely need to shave and tweeze my pubes.

    Something I thought I'd mention is that on top of the recommended supplements I'm also taking what I have left of some VigRX pills that I bought months ago (2 a day), a 252mg magnesium supplement a day, a 67mg vitamin E softgel a day and a cod liver oil with vitamins A and D softgel a day. Not that any of that matters I just thought I'd mention it because I didn't in the last post.

    Another thing I'd like to mention is that I'm trying to see how long I can go without masturbating because I feel like I watch too much porn and just want to test my willpower when it comes to this, I could also see if I gain more with or without masturbating for 3 months but I don't know if this would be of much use to me or anyone else because I heard you gain more your first few months either way but I think I'll give it a go anyway as a test of my willpower.

    Alright well I'm off to bed now I'll be back tomorrow to post my measurements and the details of my 2nd session but one last thing I'll also probably find a kegel routine to start doing tomorrow and if not I'll just decide a number to do each day and add on gradually.

      Welcome to the gym Agent Powers
      JP90 is a great choice and seems to be the most popular beginner routine and I'm very happy with the results it's given me so far.

          As AlpineNewt mentioned, my KITV is an easier alternative to the v-jelq in my opinion. Arguably, more effective too.

          Also, welcome to the gym, cool username/avatar haha. One of the first times I heard about PE was in the Austin Powers movie where he has the penis pump

              Day 2

              Ok so tonight's session went pretty well but instead of doing the v-jelq I tried the KITV for a about 20 jelqs and found it just wasn't working right for me, I just couldn't keep my penis in between the upper halves of my index finger and thumb and it just kept going near the top of my grip but I think I might of been using too wide of a grip by only pressing about the first centimeters of my 2 fingers together, so I think I'm going to give it another go tomorrow.

              Today's routine:

              10 min warm up
              JP's routine stretches
              50 jelq reps
              30 regular v-jelq reps (after this I said fuck it and decided to just do regular jelqs in place of the v-jelqs)
              50 jelq reps
              90 jelqs (in place of v jelq reps, 90 because 1 v-jelq rep equals 3)
              50 jelq reps
              90 jelqs
              10 min warm down

              I didn't find a kegel routine today because I didn't manage my time very well but I'll make sure to do that tomorrow.

              Oh yeah I picked up a measuring tape today so I'll post my stats here in a minute I just need to get an erection so be back soon. I measured my NBPFL at 3.5" before I started but forgot to measure girth then I watched some porn and started stroking to get an erection but got carried away and ended up jizzing so my erection went down almost instantly so I decided to measure my erect state after my session which I'll do now.

                So I ended up jizzing again while masturbating to get erect but this time I planned to and this was after I measured. So anyway I guess I'll restart tomorrow on the not masturbating test of my willpower thing and I think I'll just post measurements every month instead of weekly updates.

                  I forgot to mention when I was describing them, that the hand you are jelqing with, you rest the other fingers on the bottom of your shaft so you can keep your grip in place so it doesn't slip down. Sorry, I forgot that part

                    Day 3

                    Today was a rest day because I just wasn't feeling up to it. So this week I'm only going to to 2 days on 1 day off but only do it until friday so 4 sessions total for this week and then I'll start doing 5 days on 2 days off next week.

                        Day 4

                        So today's session went fairly well and instead of doing any v jelqs I decided to just replace them with normal jelqs for now except somehow I got the math wrong an added an extra 100 because the 90 v-jelq reps from the routine x 3 = 270 and I did 370 regular jelqs instead of 270 along with the routines normal amount of 300 regular jelqs. I also still haven't found a daily kegel routine to do but I haven't looked yet so tomorrow I'll make sure to find one over breakfast.

                        Today's routine:

                        10 min warm up
                        JP's routine stretches
                        670 jelqs
                        10 min warm down

                          I have completed JP 90 and it might seem like a really long 90 days but trust me after completing those 90 days you will find that time flew quickly.

                          I had couple of errors while starting JP 90: make sure that you stop under the glans with each jelq, both hands count as 1 rep , with circle stretches you do 2x10 to both directions.

                          Do not neglect reverse kegels which are described in the bottom of the JP 90 thread.

                          Besides that have enough lube for wet jelqs , I personally use Almond oil.

                          Watch closely at your erection % for jelqs and pay close attention to your Physiological indicators:Physiological Indicators Are Your Best Friend

                            So what your saying is your supposed to do 20 full circles in each direction after you stretch to whichever side and do the kegels?

                              No I mean 10 circles clock wise and then 10 circles to the opposite side.

                              Make sure that your hand touches your legs and your belly during those circles.

                              I personally perform them slowly but you may find it hard to grip. I also switch hands from time to time since they get tired
