hung with 7.5 LBS for 50 min ( 30 min with heat ) fulcrum 15 min, 6 min to the left, 6 to the right, 15 BTC, and the rest standing...

I needed the part that secures behind the glands... I have one of the noose style ones, and hate it!!! wanted to try the other style and see if its any better/less painful.

I'm going to have to research extenders, the cheap one I bought sucks in my opinion and needs some kind of special trick or technique just to get it to stay on... going to look for a vacuum version instead
some morning wood and stronger erections than normal... I'm doing squats regularly now so that might be a big part of the equation.
I tried the tub crushers and love them, I've only done them 4 times so far, and the last time I did them, I did them for 10 minutes and totally killed my EQ for about 3 days... this was about a month ago and haven't done them since then, it really sucked cause I couldn't get it up for sex the next day, and really wanted to, I had been getting better EQ in the 8-9 range then nada!!!
Anyway I'm going to get back on the bandwagon and do some tub crushers tonight, this time I'm going to take my own advice and only do it for 3-4 minutes tonight and check my EQ, wait two or three days and go again, as long as my EQ is good... I went too fast into it last time, and plan to take it slower this time.
lately I've been using an ADS at night and during the day, I need to keep track of my hours in it, so I'm going to be posting at least 3-4 times a week... this log was really helpful in the past, so here I go again.
I'm only going to put down 25 HRS so far, cause I haven't been keeping perfect records...
usually 5 hours a night and 2-3 a day to get used to the device, I'm 4 HRS in and going for 6 HRS today, before I strap it on for the night for a total of 11 HRS by morning.

Slept all night with it on... usually hurts after 2-3 hrs of use, so I'm making progress.

Ordered a LeLuve 1.75 x 9" pump cylinder last night off ebay, cause my size matters cylinder broke a while back (cracks and vacuum attachment threads stripped out, just pulled right out) I have a 2.25" LeLuve cylinder that's way to big for me @ 5.5" mid girth, but still in perfect condition, I'm thinking this cylinder will last longer than the last.
10 hrs yesterday + 7 so far today

plan on getting another 3-4 hrs tonight in the ADS
got my pump today 1.75 x 9... looks smaller than I was expecting, should have bought the 2 x 9" version
