    Lowpang's log 5-28-14

    less sleep than I was hoping for last night only 5 hrs or so, I know this lack of sleep is affecting my recovery

    500 Agmatine
    12 grams L-glutamine
    1000 mg fish oil
    zinc
    magnesium
    b-complex

    25 min warm up ( rice sock )
    24 min Jelqing ( up from 21 yesterday ) I think I'll stay at 24 min for a couple days, this still feels good and productive

    21 min stretching ( up from 18 yesterday ) I think 15 to 18 min will be better for the next couple of days, or even the next week… my
    ligs are a little bit sore and yesterday they felt better than today after my workout.

      Today my ligs were still tender, so I'm only going to Jelq today, and lighter than normal

      today is my 8th workout day in a row, I'm thinking about taking tomorrow off and maybe saturday also.

      25 min warm up
      18 min Jelq @ 60-70% normal grip pressure
      30 min edging without ejaculation
      will aim for another 30 min edging tonight

      If I take tomorrow and saturday off, I will be putting some big time in my FRD

            Rest day today 3/3
            after going progressively hard for 8 days in a row, I'm thinking 3 rest days was the magic number

            I kinda over did it on the stretches on the 8th day, my ligs were sore for 2 days, so
            I took another day of rest even though they feel fine today

            At least now I have a better idea just how much my penis/ligs can take, thing is my penis felt fine from day 1-9, I still wanted to Jelq it.
            In hind sight I'm thinking 5 on 2 off will work well for me.

                Last week I was doing stretches, very hard, for much longer than I was used to.
                This week I'm backing off the intensity a bit, and I'm going to shoot for more time under tension.

                        woke up with a nice solid erection, and thought to myself, this is going to be a good day to PE

                        maybe 6 min light stretching off and on throughout the day
                        6 hrs in my FRD

                        10 min edging without finishing
                        45 min sex ( going porn free for the past 4-5 days has helped big time ) came once around 30 min took a break and enjoyed her for another 15 without coming, and left with a huge erection that lasted for a good 5 min.

                        this is the first time in months I've had solid erections like this for so long.
                        all I can say is, this is working for me, and I love the time I spend Jelqing, It's invigorating, and all the hours I put into my PE obsession
