less sleep than I was hoping for last night only 5 hrs or so, I know this lack of sleep is affecting my recovery

25 min warm up ( rice sock )
24 min Jelqing ( up from 21 yesterday ) I think I'll stay at 24 min for a couple days, this still feels good and productive
21 min stretching ( up from 18 yesterday ) I think 15 to 18 min will be better for the next couple of days, or even the next week… my ligs are a little bit sore and yesterday they felt better than today after my workout.
