    PE Workout
    - Bathmate: 10 minutes.

I was not home pretty much all day yesterday, from about 9:30am till about 11pm, so I didn't get a chance to wear Phallosan, but I did throw the Bathmate on for a bit when I got in the shower after I finally got home last night.

        PE Workout-
Stretching: All directions. Held for 20 quick Kegels. And 10 Circle Stretches (5R, 5L)

        Phallosan: 7 hours

Bathmate: Maybe 10 minutes. Only about 5 minutes or so of that was actually good pumping.

I unfortunately am having an issue with the valve and it would not keep suction. At first I could not figure out what the problem was, but the little black nub (idk what its actually called lol) that's on the valve no longer goes back in to hold the seal after you pump it. Fortunately there is a very easy work around. All I have to do is push in that little black piece by hand, and it works just fine. Kind of a bummer that I already have a problem with it, but I can make it work so I'm ok with it. I guess this is a common problem, and I have read that if you take the valve apart and clean it that will help it to work again. I really don't feel like having to possibly clean the valve frequently, so I will just continue pushing it in by hand.

Body Workout- I didn't do one of my typical workouts today. I went for long jog/walk. I'm not sure exactly how long it was, but I would guess I walked about 1 mile, and also jogged about 1 mile.

        7/16/14- Bathmate: 14 minutes

Used the Bathmate before sex with my Wife for the first time. She definitely noticed a difference in both girth and length (mainly girth). It was very fun to have some more size o play with during sex. I don't get a huge temporary pump, about .25" in girth, but idk about length because I have not measured BPEL after using it, but she definitely noticed a difference. Hopefully after using the pump for a while I will get more and more of an increase with temporary size.

        Body Workout- Off/Rest

My legs and knees were really sore from yesterday. Had to take a day off.

7/17/14- Bathmate: 15 minutes (thinking about using it for a second (shorter) session later tonight, but I havent fully decided yet)

I'm considering changing to just a pumping and manual routine only. Although I just purchased Phallosan, and it is comfortable to wear, I really just don't feel like extending anymore. I have a lot more fun with pumping. I guess we'll see how things go. I haven't fully decided yet.

Body Workout- Off/Rest again. Unfortunately still sore. Guess It's been a while since I jogged that much lol.

So, as I stated in my last post here, I'm unsure what I want to do as a routine moving forward. Ive been extending for several months, and I just don't feel like doing it anymore, especially with the lack of BPEL gains over the last couple months. I've been having a lot of fun with my Bathmate lately. I like using that a lot more than extending, but I do still want some length gains. So, I decided to measure my BPFSL to see where that stands, and its pushing 7.75". My BPEL is still at 7.25" though (with my slight upward curve, maybe 7.4 inches or so). So, although I haven't gained in BPEL, through using Phallosan and my manual routine, and maybe with the pumping too, my BPFSL has increased almost .25". So I think what I'm going to do is continue to do is stick with my current routine until my BPFSL is at least 8". Once I'm easily hitting 8" BPFSL, I will probably stop extending (once I have cemented that FSL gain), and follow the TGC Theory, so I will want to increase my smooth muscle by doing a harder girth and pumping routine to "fill the gap" between my BPEL and BPFSL. We all want that 8" BPEL, but I'll be pretty happy to get to 7.5 BPEL. Then from there I wanna pack on the girth

              Bathmate: 15 minutes

              Jelqing: 25 reps

Went light on the Jelqing again because I did it right after using Bathmate so I wanna take it easy. Gonna start adding like 5 reps per session until im back up to 50 reps again.

Appears I have made some more gains (or at least they are coming, maybe not fully cemented yet). Ive measured my BPEL, BPFSL, and MEG a few times over the past couple days or so. Pushing about 1/16 gain in BPEL (puts me at 7.3"), my BPFSL has increased significantly to about 7.75" (+.25") and my MEG has been about 5 1/8 (flirting with 5 3/16 when I measured this morning). I'm not gonna call anything official yet (except my BPFSL) until probably August, ill call that my next "official" measurement. Hopefully I have cemented these gains to the point where I get them every time I measure. And who knows, maybe ill gain more

                  7/20/14- Off/Rest

7/21/14- Phallosan: About 9.5 hours. (probably closer to 10, but I'm gonna track it on the lower end just to be sure.)

                  Bathmate: 15 minutes.

Also I have not doing my body workouts for several days due to very sore knees that has been ongoing. I've never had anything like this happen before so I'm trying to let it completely heal before I starts back up again, but unfortunately I think I re-aggravated it yesterday, so I'm probably gonna miss one to two more days. Ive still been eating good and losing weight though, which has been my goal since I unfortunately gained a little weight this winter and covered up my abs. They are becoming more and more visible everyday though

I have decided that I'm going to stop wearing Phallosan for a couple months or so. Extending is getting in the way of some of the things I wanna be able to do over the Summer during the nice weather. Although it is comfortable to wear, and does allow me to do a lot of things, I still cant move as freely as I'd like to be able to when doing things around the yard, or other things around the house. And I also have to work my wear time around my body workouts, and when I want to go for a jog and such. It will just be much easier to wear during the Winter when I don't have to be as... Mobile, I guess. I am going to continue my manual PE and pumping though. I'm thinking of trying two pumping sets a day instead of just one, but I guess I'll see how things go.

Hey! I saw your kickass post in that thread by the guy ashamed of his girth and had to check out your log. Nice work in here! I'll be watching. As far as the phallosan goes, maybe you could wear it for shorter hours and fewer days of the week. I imagine it still would help to give you gains or at the very least cement what you've done. But I'm sure it's not essential as long as you're doing other PE.

Question for you - have you seen much change in flaccid hang? I've determined that my secondary goal after EL is flaccid hang, and it seems to me like extending and pumping are the ultimate combo for increasing that.

Thanks man. Yeah, I could still wear Phallosan a few days to possibly help, but I think the gains I have made are already cemented from my previous Andro Penis extender use, along with my continued manual PE. I'm actually kind of hoping that if I don't extend for a while, it will help decondition my dick from extending, so that when I do start up again maybe I can make better gains. Just a thought.

I would say yes, I have definitely seen an increase in flaccid hang. Although some of the increased flaccid size I attribute to switching to looser boxers, and just going commando more often (I purposely starting these to help increase blood flow when I started PE), but I would say PE has also helped for sure. Sometimes when I'm having an extra good flaccid hang these days, my Wife has thought it was actually semi-erect because of the size. No babe, just hanging like a champ

Took a few days off due to some redness on my shaft skin. No pain or anything. Possibly had been using too much pressure when pumping (although it didn't feel like it). Everything cleared up and I got back at it today.

Working my way up to a 20 minute session, then I think I'll stay around that time frame. Starting Monday or Tuesday I'm going to get back on a strict manual routine again, along with pumping. Guess I got lazy this past week. Time to get back on track.
