Well... I’m glad I did a BPEL measurement just now since the past week I changed things up, new hanger and weight level.. I gained a 1/16 on my best of 6 5/8” and it doesn’t take a lot of push to get it there ether.. I simply needed heavier weight, and less sets.. I changed up the routine from hanging in the 10 lbs range for 3 sets, to 15 lbs for 2 sets.. This my “hanging only” routine and one I’ll stick with for a bit I think:
-15mins Heat Pad..
-1set 20mins @ 15 lbs with the new hanger..
-15mins Heat pad for the break..
-2 set 15 lbs for 15 mins.. I figure I will slowly add time to the set to match the 1 over the coming weeks until 20mins is reached..
-3set… Skipped for now in place.. Heat pad and rest!!
I’ve come to try the Malehanger routine of less sets and more weight.. I do feel bigger and like I said on the previous post my Flaccid has gone way up over the last week.. There is very little “turtling” attempts now, not once this week it is staying as a "shower".. Well, I think I will add a simple clamping routine to my hanging routine.. Likely will be on Wednesday nights instead of hanging, just the one night in a 5 day week.. See how this fairs out.. Any clamping suggestions are welcome, I will be using a "Cable Clamp" style of clamp...Start: 11/2013: BPEL: 4.73" MEG: 4.5"

1 day a week because it will be a lot of stress hanging and clamping at the same time..
But I did measure just a few hrs ago for the end of the week, and on the way up again baby!! Getting very close to 6.75" BPEL (1/16th shy of it) should be there in a few weeks.. I'm glad I up'd my weight to 15lbs and dropped the 3rd set of hanging just for now, it's started some new growth within the week.. I took Friday off as I was feeling well worked over the week.. Well... Yay!! Early X-mas present to me..
.... I can safely call myself 6.75" BPEL on 100% EQ.. That means I gained 2 full inches in 13 months!! My Ultimate goal is now within 0.75" mark to gain.. Currently hanging 15lbs.. 2x20mins sets 5 days a week...

Well another week in the books, Week 58 for me.. Feeling pretty good and at made some more creep.. I am Just over 6.75" BPEL and moving up to the next 16th.. 7" BPEL is starting to look more real to attain now.. 15 lbs for 20 mins a set seems to be my sweet spot I gained 3/8th's in 6 weeks that stayed with no lost.. Skin pull was the mental challenge, It Burns!!
lol.. But now it's just comfortable.. I'll mention since bumping up the weight I've cut out the 3rd set for the time being and I am still gaining @ 2x20mins at 15 lbs.. Heating pad breaks are now 15 mins instead of 10.. "Less is best" is really working for me..

Not to shout from the roof tops just yet, but I measured last night after a session and BPEL is right on the 6 7/8" mark now.. This of course was during and edging session.. What I now notice it's takes me about 5 mins to get to my maxed out state.. But once I'm there I have some good staying power, when I go back to pumping it could be interesting.. I should try my pump someday soon to see how snug it is at the base.. My question is "when am I gonna stop growing??" There has to be some point though.. I expanded the tally wackier 2" in 13 months?? I do feel consistency was key to all of it.. Trust me I'm getting sick of hanging every night for most of the last while, well minus weekends.. Well did another measure.. I made sure this week to get in the 3rd set to see.. This wasn't the best move for me I think.. It made run down feeling, and I lost 3/8" BPEL in the last couple days.. I'll assume my EQ has dropped even though it doesn't feel like it.. Any way I'm going back to the 2X20 min sets and staying there for a good long while yet.. I grew the most on just the 2 sets a night because I think it doesn't affect my EQ and the 3rd set does... I might have made a small girth gain (I feel thicker) as well, this I will have to check out.. Awesome if I did..Start: 11/2013: BPEL: 4.73" MEG: 4.5"
