    No pe to today. My flaccid is even bigger on this off day. Had sex with the wife unfortunately eq was only 70% or so. Does anyone find they have temporary reduction eq after doing 5 or 6 days on a uli intense workout

      It looks like you're getting along very good with PE! Congrats on those gains and on starting a progress log.

      Although it feels like you are going in an alert mode with all that work you're doing. I'd say you slow down just a tad more to avoid any kind of injury. Schedule yourself the work days and the rest days, but the best solution if you started to listen better to your unit is to go on with your Pi's.

      I have taken a little break of my routine due to a minor injury these days. Congrats on your gains again! And PE safe.

        Thank. Yeah I am listening to my body now. I realized how much gains I had made 2 weeks ago after my wife commented on it, and so I think I just sort of got overzealous. I really beat my penis up this week. It was not very responsible PEing. I think the excitement as passed. I am considering limiting myself to stretching for another few days. My ligs feel like they are starting to give way a little bit so it seems a good idea to continue to give them a decent stretch, but I am going to leave the ULIs alone for a week. I given myself a number of tiny spots, but no extensive bruising so I think I am doing alright, but I need to rest the whole unit back to 100%

          Very common after intense girth exercises to have a drop in EQ.
          Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

            Thanks Big O. That is good to know. Also in regards to your signature I am going to stop over training. 2 days off. I may take a 3rd day even though I want to get back at it, but I might just continue to stretch instead tomorrow since my ligs seem to be loosening up.

              EQ came back this morning erections are around 90%. Plenty hard enough to give my wife a g spot orgasm. The swelling is down in my penis and flaccid size with a slight decrease in width, but length is up. The ulis make me swollen and larger but definitely temporarily drive down EQ. Only stretching and light jelqs and kegels today

                  Did mostly slow intense Jelqs today, and some stretching, and then some ULIs and clamping.

                    So my wife commented again on my dick last night. I notice it is a much tighter fit in her mouth. I may try to start hanging again because my dick just gets fatter and fatter. I don't want to make an official measurement update, but it is pretty clear my dick is more like 5.6 MEG and 6.7 in BPEL. I am going to wait until November for an official signature update. Until then I will continue to do hard stretching, ULIS, power kegel jelqs, slow jelqs, and squeezes.

                      So I have continued to work the routine. At this point I believe I am closer to 40% volume gain. Girth continues to progress quickly. Length seems to have stopped out at 6.7 bpel. Anyone havr the problem of gaining only girth?

                        I am basically on a high frequency routine I usually do some form of PE 3 times a day. I am 7 days off of porn. I basically just keep my dick plump all of the time. Even flaccid my dick looks chubby.

                          Sticking with the program. Probably hitting about 3 or 4 15 to 20 minute workouts. They aren't perfectly structured but the volume has been keeping me plump. Looking forward to a December measurement. I expect a few 10ths of an inch in length and girth. If I see 6.8 bpel and 5.65 to 5.75 in mesg it will be a win for months october and december.

                              Still working out daily. Workouts have tapered off but I still imagine I am more frequent than many on the forum. I started clamping this week. Visually its pretty exciting. I puff up about 1/3 an inch in length and 1/2 an inch girth. I look down and see 7x6.1. And I really like the way it looks. It looks BIG. I could see 7.5 by 6.25 being a final resting place. I find my current ratio appealing and this stays in line with that.

                                10 days into a vacation and while I have not had much free time I still manage to cram in 30 minutes of pe and sometimes am able to clamp during bath time. I think I am bigger actually and looking forward to measuring in december at the 4 month mark
