  • Nubie's Progress

I'm new here, but I've been doing PE for about 2 months. Next week marks 10 weeks since my start, so I hope to acknowledge the date by adding some progress pics (if I can co-ordinate the ruler, hands, and camera, to work as one ) and updated stats.

Initially I hesitated about getting serious, but after seeing some of the pics here, I'm feeling a bit more determined (thanks to Joint-Expansion's amazing pics--giving hope to the over-40 crowd ).

For me, PE is part of a total redo. Since hitting the big 5-0, and seeing my former triathalon frame go to pot, I'm hoping to rediscover my manhood (I know...it sounds corny).

The first week started slowly, as I wasn't too committed to a regimen; but I've been absolutely committed since then, and now I have 7.0 clearly in my sights, and 7.5 a little further down the road!!

So now I'm off to the other gym, to pump iron of a different kind.

    11/2/14 (start) -> 5.75 x 4.625
    12/5/14 -> 6.06 x 5.0
    KEEP CALM and JELQ ON

    Goal: BPEL 7.50"; EG 6.00"
    Current: BPEL 6.5"; EG 5.25"

    Starting: BPEL 5.75" EG: 4.625"

Just keep on the JP's beginner routine for 90 days which is strictly for conditioning at this point and time.
I like you goal which is very realistic and wise keeping one goal in sight then unto the next.
Also, I am happy to read that you are pumping iron (or even just exercising in general). If you have the frame one time (hopefully pumping iron even then), well you know what to do and how to re-train via strength training.
If you are not after muscle mass but physic, most of this you can do via sit-ups, jogging, push-ups, chair-lifts, pull-ups, squats, etc... where most of these will target most of the muscle groups and get you straight up fits.
    Begin 7/25/2011:
    NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6

    Current 12/05/2014:
    FL 5.25, FG 5.2
    NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

    Long:
    UEG:MEG 6.5

          Measurement day.
So today is the first update to my log, since I joined the gym. It also marks 10 weeks since I started PE, so I thought I'd post some progress pics as well.

          Several comments:
          - My ruler has a 0.25" margin before the scale begins, so I'll need to add about 0.25" to whatever measure displays on the scale.
          - Initially I tried using my Nikon digital mounted on a tripod, using the shutter timer, to enable me to get set with the pic composition, but the image quality could not compare to my iPhone. So I've decided to work with my iPhone, instead. This brings up the next item:
          - I had a REALLY hard time getting the ruler in position with one hand, while snapping the pic with my iPhone in the other. My problem was that, using one hand to press the ruler into my bone, while holding my penis with the other, works fine. But when I try to hold the ruler and penis with one hand, I discovered that the ruler would spring back because of the flesh surrounding my pelvic area. No matter how hard I grabbed my member, I couldn't prevent the ruler from bouncing back a little. So all of my measurements are a little short. The largest measurement I got--before the ruler sprung back--was about 6.5" (+ the 0.25" margin on the rule), for a total of approximately 6.75". However, because of my measurement issue, the best I could get in my pics was a measurement of about 6.25" (I already have a solution for this measuring issue, and my next series of measurements will be more accurate).
          - Finally, I decided beforehand, that whatever measurement I got, I would hedge the number back a bit (say...1/16 to 1/8"), to account inaccuracy of measurement (error on the low side, so as not to delude myself )

So, with all that said, my measurements are:

BPEL: 6.44" (the actual "readable" measure was about 6.25" (after the ruler sprung back a bit) + the 0.25" margin = 6.5". But when I hedge back about 1/16", I come up to about 6 7/16 (6.44"). I know this is conservative, but I'd rather error on the low side.

EG: 5.25". No error correction here...the pic says it all. This is also my number for my goal for 2015. Hot Dog! I'd really rather increase length, instead of girth, but I'm happy with this increase.

          I welcome comments or suggestions.

(I'm an accountant by trade, so anal retentiveness and detail is in my DNA...hence the reason for all this boring detail. )

When you upload a photo using the 'Insert Image' button, the software inserts an attachment code for said photo, after you click 'Post Quick Reply' the photo will be visible.

Please note that you can not upload penis pictures on the open forum, use the Album feature on your profile page instead, you can place links to those pictures in your posts if you want.

                        2015-03-27 Log entry

Well, I took an extended break from PE in February. I had been a little in the dumps during February (personal issues...), but I've been back at it for about the last three weeks, and I'm getting back on track.

I've decided to change up my routine a bit (...it's kind of an experiment...). Now that I have time during the day, I've decided, rather than one long PE session each day, I'll do several shorter sessions.

So now I'm doing a short jelq session in the morning after my shower (low to moderate intensity, just enough to get things pumped)--no more than 100 repetitions (L hand and R hand counting as one repetition). Then I do another jelq session mid-day. And, each time I run to the bathroom throughout the day, I do a couple minutes of stretching. Then in the evening, I do a slightly longer session of warm up, stretching, jelq, warm down, etc.

The objective to all this is to keep my unit pumped throughout the day. Also, I'm curious if many, shorter stretching sessions will be more effective than say, one long stretching session. I’ve been on this routine for about 2 weeks now. I’m not sure if the science is there to support my approach, but it’s an experiment; my results will confirm or deny my approach.

So I've just reported my Q1 stats for the 2015 challenge:
                        BPEL: +0.25". Current: 6.50"
                        EG: +0.25". Current: 5.25"

I’ve also been back in the ‘other’ gym, and have started to see the weight come off, and the body fat start to decrease. I’ve created a profile on bodybuilding.com, and will be tracking my progress on that front, as well.

My initial goal to all of this is the same: PE is part of a total redo. I’ve put on weight over the years, and hope to fix that, and PE seems like it fits into that objective.

                          2016-12-24 Log entry

This is an update, after a long hiatus. I was fairly dedicated through 2015, but for most of 2016, I did nothing. So, I'm back on the program for 2017.

When I left (in late 2015), after about 15 months of consistency, I had made (IMO) significant gains in BPEL (about 3/4") and EG (about 5/8"). I'm not so naive however, to think these gains are linear; rather, I think we all make significant gains--at first--then the gains taper off, and we hit a plateau (I also found this to be true with weightlifting).

My initial goal was about 7x5. But since I've already exceeded EG=5", I think it's time to adjust my goals. So, my updated goal will be to join the 8x6 club.

I'm also curious to see if my new diet will have an impact. Gone are the carbs and sugar; here to stay is fat (I do ONLY saturated fat) and moderate amounts of protein. This has had a YUGE impact in every other part of my life.
