So this is my second attempt at my PE journey. Last year I attempted bit due to 12 hour shifts I could not find the time and quit. Now I have alot of time so I will make a permanent attempt. I'm not quitting this time.
so i just started my second month in my journey.
My routine is a bit different but follows the same lines as the newbie jp90 routine but I replace the V Jelqs with regular wet jelqs
1St month:
stretching
100 Jelqs (200 reps)
cock ring and edge for 30 mins
2nd month:
stretching
200 Jelqs (400 reps)
cock ring and edge for 30 mins
3rd month:
stretching
300 Jelqs (600 reps)
cock ring and edge for 30 mins
I also kegel 200 times a day. And have a 3 on 1 off/ 3 on 2 off schedule
just finished my first month and have notice a few things:
1.At first my grip was too tight so I have a moderate grip now.
2. I will add 100 new jelqs each month to avoid injury and to maximize gains.
3. three weeks in was when I started seeing a diffrence. After a session I always had a little trouble getting a erection, but when I did it was rock hard. Three weeks in and my morning wood us like steel and almost painful.
I won't be measuring until I'm at the end of my 3 month journey, I belive constant Measuring would make it seem like I'm not gaining as fast as I want too.
