    So this is my second attempt at my PE journey. Last year I attempted bit due to 12 hour shifts I could not find the time and quit. Now I have alot of time so I will make a permanent attempt. I'm not quitting this time.

    so i just started my second month in my journey.

    My routine is a bit different but follows the same lines as the newbie jp90 routine but I replace the V Jelqs with regular wet jelqs

    1St month:
    stretching
    100 Jelqs (200 reps)
    cock ring and edge for 30 mins

    2nd month:
    stretching
    200 Jelqs (400 reps)
    cock ring and edge for 30 mins

    3rd month:
    stretching
    300 Jelqs (600 reps)
    cock ring and edge for 30 mins

    I also kegel 200 times a day. And have a 3 on 1 off/ 3 on 2 off schedule


    just finished my first month and have notice a few things:
    1.At first my grip was too tight so I have a moderate grip now.

    2. I will add 100 new jelqs each month to avoid injury and to maximize gains.

    3. three weeks in was when I started seeing a diffrence. After a session I always had a little trouble getting a erection, but when I did it was rock hard. Three weeks in and my morning wood us like steel and almost painful.

    I won't be measuring until I'm at the end of my 3 month journey, I belive constant Measuring would make it seem like I'm not gaining as fast as I want too.

        I'm having a great time in my journey. I think after this last month I'm really hitting my stride. Jelqing feels better, PIs are up, in the morning my penis hangs lower and fuller. EQ Is up. Think this month will be a good gaining month.

        Will measure on June 1st.

          I know I said I would wait 3 months to measure but I caved and did it today. I was having positive PI's but also a few neutral PI's so I measured to make sure I was in the right zone.... 24 hours of rest and pre work out mesurments:

          03/01/2015
          BPEL: 6 INCHES
          EG: 4 1/2 IN HE'S


          48 DAYS IN
          04/17/2015
          BPEL: 6 5/8 INCHES (+ 5/8)
          EG: 4 3/4 INCHES (+1/4)



          I'm very happy. I hope I can hit 7 inches in the next month and a half

            Well I will be hitting My 2 month mark in 10 days. I'm happy with the progress so far.
            doing stretching and 200 jelqs (400 reps) a day (5 on 2 off).
            I think once I'm in my third month I will do 250 jelqs (500 reps) and not over load my self.

              So my 2 month measurement is the same.

              I bumped my routine to 300 jelqs (600 reps) today and have a lesser grip as I felt like I always had a death grip while jelqing... I caused a hard spot in one of my veins so I will heat it and lessen my grip

                Well I was getting bad pis and lost size to 6.5 inches so I dipped my routine down to 100 jelqs and it's a good improvment. All good pis. Can I be that I have a fabled pens that DEMANDS minimum work to get maximum gains? Lol let's hope so

                  Well I'm 3 months in. I plan on jelqing until the end of the week because this week I've had some good sessions. Then I'll take a week off then mesure. Then I'll do another 3 months of the jp90 routine. I want to be safe and have 6 months of conditioning before I start clamping.

                      I do take an active men's one-a-day vitamin. But I do want to look into a pill with horny goat weed or something like that to promote the best blood flow I can get.

                        Well with my jp90 routine just about done I plan on taking a week off and doing another round of it. Right now and during my off week I want to master kegels and reverse kegels to incorporate into my next round. Will update with a final measurement after my rest week

                          Yes i recommend horny goat weed. it do help with blood flow. i am off it right now but plan on getting on it soon.

                              I would recommend bodybuilding.com. they are cheap and the product worked fine.
