  • My current routine: PE, Gym, PE, Gym, PE, Gym, full rest day
    I'm intermittent fasting, 6-8hr feeds, no more than one day per week that I consume outside of a 9hr window. My diet is pretty good, trying to stay away from heavily processed carbs such as pasta and bread. I take my multi vitamin and 750mg of L-citrulline per night.

    A 2 on 1 off approach quickly showed me that I'm not conditioned enough to need that yet. My EQ last night was great, today not so great.

    Warmup: a few firestarters, 100 kegel stretches
    routine: 34 DLD blasters, 14 10s ulis, then I edged for about an hour and blew my load to end the session, warmed down with a wet warm towel.

    The kid is back.

    • 35DLD blasters and 15 15s squeezes led to some blood spots on my dick, with some less than optimal EQ. Conclusion is I may have worked my unit too hard.

      hot tub warmup, 30ish DLD blasters, 10-12 15s squeezes, 20 min edge with happy ending, and a good warm down with a hot wet cloth has me sitting with great EQ

            Felt a little tender when tugging in the shower, like a muscle does after it's been worked hard. EQ good yesterday and today. Hang normal the next morning. Hang was a bit fuller feeling after yesterday, maybe.

            Going to edge again today and practice spending a lot of time on the verge.

            I want my routine this time around to be less focused on manual stretching and more on girth and edging. Manual stretching was always my bane of existence. I just can't stop from getting rowdy! Any deals on the LG hanger (vacuum hangers in general maybe?)

              • been edging and training as per the plan. I've bumped up to 20s ulis. Going to go up to 25s today. PIs good thus far. Perhaps more hang. Better erections some days.
                Dry jelqs are nowhere near as fun as I remember wet jelqs being.
                What's the optimal edging duration I wonder..?

                  • I've been good about my workouts. Not about logging them. So uhh yeah. EQ was down when I upped my stretching a bunch so I backed off that. I've been doing just 4 40s a-stretches and more ulis for longer holds. I've worked my way up to 16-17 of the ulis now with these changes. I've also been having hot showers regularly before my sessions so I've somewhat removed the jelqing as dry jelqing with a greaseless, freshly cleaned, dong just stretches the skin for me.
                    My hang seems better almost all the time, could be placebo. My EQ feels pretty darn good a lot of the time, 8-9 regularly. Another possible placebo is I think I'm growing. Probably just want it so bad that I'm imagining it. Any who, off to do tonight's session.

                    • Took me a long time to get through that workout, may not have been all the PEs fault. Just really hard to do some good ulis on a flight. Haha just kidding, but I was distracted. Today I'm going to take a half day since my EQ and hang since have not been as good as in recent history. 1 set of stretches each way & 2 40s a-stretches, 8-10 30s uli to 10s squeezes, 20-30min edge

                      • Took a half day. Came back yesterday and did some good stretching doing 45s holds. A stretches were a little hard to get into as my erection level was a little high. 14/15 Uli 30s to 10s big al squeezes went absolutely wonderfully. Edged and played for about 30mins at which point I was beginning to lose EQ. My manual clamping went really good this day. Watching porn while doing it really made the workout enjoyable and not hard to sustain an erection at all.
