still so close to 8 1/2", hovering at 7 7/8" too. Changing up the routine, just took 3 days off for mental state of mind. Guess it's about time anyways, I'd been at it for a month straight. Adding squeezes.. But to decide to do them everyday or every other day.

Ah how things can change so fast. 8 1/2" and 8 1/8" are confirmed for BPFSL and BPEL. Took something like a week and a half off for decon. Think I'm at 8" now. On to girth!
7minutes tunica stretching, 20 squeezes, edging, kegels and a cockring. Moderate PI's till some hours after, my PI's were exploding with joy.

Getting some great PI's with the girth orientated routine. Lots of expansion during workout, and after workout as long as I can hold myself from ejaculating or edging for too long. Hehe oops. Warmup cloth, firegoats, bundled stretches + a's / mandingos I like to rotate my stretches around so I don't get bored, then the SQUEEZES! up to 27 today, edge after, then cockring with lots of playing around to be somewhat hard all the time after. Gonna have to monitor my BPEL monthly though as I feel I've finally broken myself down to where I gain it like a fatman eating cake gains pounds. On a side note mentally, I've been kind of sad lately when it comes to women. I've been bangin' a lot of them and I feel like I'm being a douchebag even though we both go into it with the mindset of nothing will come from it. I guess I just know how easily people attach themselves to me and I feel I'm hurting these poor girls. Hopefully some abstinence will bring me out of it.

Eh.. Scratch that. Instead I'm just going to cut out some bundling and jelqing and see where that goes. Tmo is pf work. Day after that is gonna be 3 min bundled stretches, a's, 2 min jelq, 25 squeezes, edging. Lord help me find my PI's

Holy moly my EQ truly is horrendous.. even on rest day after jelqing for 5 mins to wake my cock THE FUCK UP. Might have to rest for a few days fully see if that fixes this issue. Sad sidney.
