First hour of Hanging is done and I found a new way to wrap and hang that seems more effective and highly reduces Wrap Slide which feels like it improves overall Lig stretching. may not be new to some but it is new for me and I am going to continue doing it because it works.
Havent decided if I will do a second hour or not today. If I do I will update the post obviously.

Still on rest for tonight and I tried some of this "Erection Tea" out and am drinking it as we speak. I used fresh ginger instead as I am more of a fresh type of guy. Also pepper instead of lemon juice. Let ya know how it works

Good day to you all and let the hanging begin threw in a short 10 minute SD hang at 12.5lbs last night but just couldn't continue. So here we are today. I will report more here after a bit

So today was more of a maintenance day than anything else. Basic idea was rest today after a good heavy hang session yesterday but my addiction got the best of me and I am feeling out the best way to maximize my performance. Upon my first hang today which I KNEW was going to bring up some sort of strain or pain from last night I dropped the weight to 10 lbs. As suspected I was correct. I felt a heavy stretch from last night and had to let it work in for about 15-20 seconds before last nights stress went away. It subsided and was nothing more than my body telling me I worked it hard yesterday. So I will monitor this but still hang light or lighter weight in order to maintain the routine and allow for healing. In the event it is too much I will back out.

Didn't feel the need to jelq and restore the blood as I didn't hang long enough to cause any real discoloration or coolness to my penis. I am very fatigued and warn though. Sore is too heavy of a word to use hear as when weight is not applied I am fine. However last night I did have some concerns as my flaccid was a bit tense but still hung normal if not a little longer, so No Hard flaccid was present as far as I know. Today after applying heat and and stretch all was normal again.

Using a nice Arnica Warming oil meant for massage during jelqing. It feels great, has nice lubrication to it but not too oily for being an oil, cleans up easy, smells great, takes very little to get the job done.
Measured my BPFL and came out to a 5.5 maybe a hair more. Not stretched just the BPFL and it wasn't pressed hard
