    Hello Party, sorry I am late. Work is kicking me in the shins lately. Your penis is wonderful, and your wife loves you and your penis very much. If you avoid vacuum for 90 days your penis should heal fine. You can do manual stretches, and even jelqs. If you can get any chubby at all jelqs will work. The BathMate is probably giving you too much pressure. I think you could use an air pump with a guage. The amount of pressure is good to control.

      Have you tried dietary suppliments instead of viagra? If your ED was "coincidental" to your marital issues, it might have been physiological and/or psychologically rooted. Ever try 20% icariin coupled with 1000mg L-arginine & 500mg L-ornathine? Works wonders for me when I have experienced EQ isssues. Stretching & hanging definately negatively affect EQ, so a fairly light jelq routine might also help balance out your PI's, along with edging at the end of your routine (perhaps).

        So it sounds to me like you would like to continue hanging, but your current set up is giving you blisters. I know you already have the money invested in your hanger (I am assuming its a vac hanger?) but if sensitive skin is the issue you could maybe try my hanger. I use a captains wench with an anti-turtle sleeve as my wrap. Using this setup, my unit is protected and cushioned with my sleeve/wrap. When starting out I tried ace wrap and theraband, but both were rough on my skin and slipped. With the silicone sleeve, I have no more slippage, and my sensitive penile skin is protected and causes me no more problems. I don't know how much weight you are up to, but I have hung 9 pounds so far with this setup and it holds just fine. I may have to add a clamp at some point, but at what weight that is I won't know for at least a couple months yet. Just a thought, something you could maybe try. The hanger itself costs about 10-15$ to make and the AB silicone anti-turtle elongation sleeve ran me another 17$. Actually you can get 3, 2" sleeves from AB silicone for the same price rather than cutting the anti-turtle sleeve in half or thirds. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

          thanks is man, where can I buy the AB silicone sleeves? I wonder if they would work with the Vac3? I was hanging ten pounds when I started to have pain thirty minutes into my second one hour set, Arrrgh. Had had three one hour sets the day before no problem.

              Party, I don't see a log so it is really hard to give an informed response.

              First of all, blood blisters on your glans are bad; bad,bad. When they heal they will slowly start to affect the way your glans are shaped. You need to completely leave stuff alone until you are healed. If your blisters are occurring in the same location you may notice that location is different than the mirror image on the other side. Stop using vacuum devices or it will get worse.

              If you are circumcised one thing you might try is to wear you protector cap 24/7. It will dekeratinize your glans, but the injury site will heal better.

              In the mean time go back to manual PE. Take a look at looking4more's journey, more specifically his routine where he included a lot of girth work. I recommend you work on that for 3-4 months and give your glans a break.

              After 3-4 months, should you return to vac hanging, hopefully you'll start being sensible about weight, duration, and conditioning. Any PE vet will feel very little strain or fatigue while hanging 2.3-3 lbs for only 20 minutes. The point of hanging that little weight for that little time is not to feel fatigue, it is to condition your glans for the routine. Progress from two, 20-min sets by adding 5 minutes to each set each week. When you get to two, 30-min sets (two weeks after you started), take a week to then move to a single 60-min set.

              Once you've had a week at 3lbs for 60 min, move up 0.5-1 lb; reduce the time with respect to the increase in weight. 1 lb is a 33% increase, which means you should reduce 20 minutes (33%). Work back up to 60 minutes by adding 5 minutes a week. Increase weight after a week and decrease time...lather, rinse, and repeat.

              Don't do multiple hours sets back-to-back but spread them over the day; one in the morning, one at night. You might even consider doing sets every 8 hours on the weekend to kick-start fatigue when you reach 8 or 9 lbs.

                If you are on blood pressure medication and viagra your priorities are skewed if you are trying to gain length, get healthy, do cardio daily, do ERECT kegels, light pumping/jelqing for EQ, lower Viagra dose, try herbal supplements to wean yourself off. Just my 2 cents, it's great to have a long/thick cock, but don't put the cart before the horse.

                  thank you you my friend but my BP issues have been since I was in my twenties. And I was running two hours a day and lifting. It's genetics or something. Shit I could almost run a five minute mile. And I've tired all the herbs and vitamins, so you ain't talkin to a newbie with ED, I'm 53 damn it. I also have mitro valve prolapse but what ya gonna do.                     I was thinking about when I got blisters from hanging. I think maybe the extra bold flow from the Viagra is the problem. Note to self, no hanging after Viagra. That's gonna reduce my hanging days down to maybe two to three a week. Hmmm? I think I and my wife are ok with that, LOL. Time to dust off the PF and due limp dick stretching.

                      Are they definitely blood blisters and not regular blisters? What do they look like? Take a few weeks off and do just manual stretches, there are lots in the exercises section of the site. Also, try some jelqing, you only need a 40-50% erection for those. Directional stretches, A-Stretches, and tunica tugs are great.

                      If you keep getting blisters from your hanger, then something is up. Did you progress slowly in weight? How about time? How is your wrapping? Give me some more details and I will try to help

                        gone up slowly and start each session lower and add. Only one hr at a time. Usually only two , one hour sets a day. With breaks in between or and hr with the PF. Oh I know a blood blister. First time I had one lanced it to bleed out, this time I pushed down hard on it with my thumb and is actually only half full right now. Can't get any thing close to 50% hard to jelq! it's ok.

                          It seems that you have reached the point of divine realization, knowing when to call it quits with extensive history of injuries is a good thing. I agree that you can go to a manual routine just for some maintenance, and I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

                              Yep. I'll do what I can , thanks everyone for your advise and help. Just depressed to know I'll never reach my goals.
