What's been your experience with EQ? How long did it take you to start noticing your EQ get better? Is there a way to work solely on EQ? Ex. No porn, less masturbation? Is EQ just a good side effect of successful PE like jelqing? I'm a beginner who is about to wrap up the first week of PESG. Only PI I seem to be getting is excessive horniness and maybe larger flaccid hang (maybe. Kinda hard to tell with flaccid you know? Changes constantly) My EQ hasn't seemed to change.

When I started I noticed a increase in EQ about one week in. That was because of jelqing foremost but also because I stopped my porn-addiction. It has increased after that as well and my horny level is much higher now which is kinda frustrating when I set a limit of ejaculating 3 times a week... But my top tips for better EQ is jelqing, stop watching porn and supplement with L-arginine cuz that helps as well! Cheers mate

Hey IneedThis!
i suffer from fairly severe diabetes induced ED. In this regard, I found that it took several months before I started to see some improvement in EQ. I found jelqing and kegels worked well. However, I also started a fairly intense pumping routine.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Just remember that stretches reduce your EQ somewhat, while jelqing and girth exercises tend to build EQ, when done correctly without too much intensity starting out. That's why a "balanced routine" like JP90 is the preferred beginner routine for newbies. It has both stretches and girth work to condition you for greater focused routines later on.
