    As for today I will start this log, to keep close track of my experiences and gains during my PE routines

    Quick Intro:

    Hi I'm WIP
    I live in Holland(Netherlands) and i'm 23 years old.
    The last 8 years I have been in a relationship, and got 3 beautiful children. ( 3 girls, FML in a few years :P )
    For the last 3-4 years i have been addicted to Gaming, and now its time to change the tides.
    My health was not that well because of a messed up sleeping patern, and bad food habbits.
    I gained over 20-25kg in this time, leaving me with a bit of a chubby boddy. But the time is now to start changing into a better and healthier lifestyle ( sexlife)...

    Why PE???

    I made a post earlier, but it'll be gone and forgotten next week most likely.
    So 'll state it here again:

    My penis is like an unstable concoction. It will become erect at the most stupid times and places.
    Its highly sensitive to touch and common arousel.
    Anything like sex/nude/sexual makes my penis grow. So thats why i want to try PE, and see if i can desentisize my penis. And increase my overall EQ. The gains i get are always welcome. But the main target is my EQ for now. Size increase will happen, and i'l be sure to measure.

    My Current stats are in my signature, and i shall keep them up to date. Eventhough i havent put a measurement date/interval for it.

    The only downside I foresee is that i can't stay away from masturbating/intercourse.
    For over a good 10 years i think i masturbated daily, and in my puberty even multiple times a day.
    Even now I sometimes masturbate twice a day, but not as frequently as it used to be in the past.

    Well thats it for now, any comments are well appriciated and thx in advance.

    After toying around with some exercises the last week, finaly decided to go viral with my PE Routines and experiences.

    Month 1 Day 1.

    Today after work, i used my special powers to put rice in a sock to create the well know RiceSock.
    I used it to warm up my penis, and damn that heat felt good. (erection)

    Warm up 5-8 min, Watched a bit of movie to get back to flaccid.

    20 sec Helicopter spins (erected), 2 min to turn somwhat flaccid.

    Stretch left. 25 kegels, Tried to do some circle stretches but i keep losing my grip after 1-3 circles of my penis gets to erected.

    20 sec HS, ( erected, altough somewhat softer) 1.30 min to go somewhat flaccid.

    Stretch Right. 25 kegels, circle 2-3 lost grip again and erected 1 min to flaccid

    20 sec HS went hard again, 1 min to flaccid

    Stretch straightout. 25 kegels. circle 2-3 lost my grip and erected 1 min to flaccid

    20 sec HS same old same old.

    Stretch Up 25 kegels same old same old. lost grip so....

    20 sec HS to finish with.

    Used some Oil for the Wet Jelqs. Had to quit a couple times because i could not keep a semi-flaccid state.

    Did around 100 jelqs.

    V-Jelqs. This is nonsense, i need to see a video..... Can't get it right. Anyone got a good one???

    Warm down 6-10 min with My awsome RiceSock.

    So far Day 1 of My log, Time needed to go from erected to flaccid is takin less and less time, I can see this working out pretty well in the near futere. As for now i think one of the first steps is to grab my balls and tell my GF what I am doing.

    As for what i did last week, i tried to do stretches under the shower. but that left tiny bits of bruises on the tip of my glans. nothing to worry about i guess, last time they dissapeared within a day or 2, before i got them back.
    Stretching under the shower is a no-go since you have to grip to hard for it to hold. SLIPPERY WHEN WET.
    So you learn something everyday.

      A little advice. Don't grip the glans but rather about an inch down the shaft. Don't pull too hard just a nice stretch. You can use baby powder or a cloth to help with the grip. I like the idea of you grabbing your balls, smiling very big and saying to your girl friend, "look what I am making bigger, want to help?". Team PE can be awesome. Great job starting, and starting a log. Keep it up.

        Also I am about 1 month into PE and the amount of erections I got at the very start are probably very similar to you. As your penis gets more used to the exercises your erections will occur way less and your sessions will be more convenient and quicker!

          Heyo Thanks lads for the replies

          I was doing it right after all, yet to erected to do it because my penis would slight turn sideways. Therefor making my fingers go over the sponge and the top side of the shaft.

          Doing jelq and stretches makes me about 80% erected wich isnt optimal but i heard that'll pass overtime.

            Funiest thing ever happened yesterday -.- Me and my gf were watching some tv show and right after that came a docu about worlds biggest penis.....

            It showcased a few men with extraordinary pieces 34.5cm 13inches or so (jonah falcon), well that was funny to see although they didnt show it erected.

            Another man with a more normal big size 8" was crying about how it destroyed his sex life and how he had to search online for woman who wanted a man with a big dick. And people were talking how that the average person in the mob wants more and bigger etc. IMHO 8" is fine just need to learn how to work that thang

            Anyways now i am even more afraid to tell my gf.
            Eventhough her reaction would be laughter and giggles... This might turn into a wtf doing?? After watching that show.

            Reaction to yesterday routine.
            Semi erected penis when i woke up
            flaccid hang seems nice, bit more girth and lenght than what i started with ladt week, and showing some veins that never showed before. The big one that you see most of the time also looks fatter.

            Routine as for today: later today

            Showered to warm up my penis, and did some stretches
            helishake, left 25 kegels 3 circle stretch
            + for right
            + for straight out
            + upwards

            Some random helishakes after because its fun

            Told my gf i am doing exersices but not into full detail
            She was quite surprised with a semi flacid penis in her hand...

            Just sayin PROGRESSSS BOOOYA..
            it went straight up after the touch though and we had soms nice sex, could already feel some improvements in stamina, but just a little as i am used to perform decently...

            Tired as hell atm

                Hehe yeah I am, nice to see a fellow Dutchie around. I only watched the first part though because we paused the program before that a couple times and lost it when switching channels, anyways cool to meet you

                    Month 1 Day 30

                    As it is looking now i'll be doing some stretches and jelqs tonight as my penis doenst feel fatiqued. And i hope to get a hang of the V-jelqs. Flacid hang is nice and looks bigger then it used to( think the ligs love the stretches) and veins are showing more than they used to be before.

                    Dont have the feeling i increased in size or girth, but EQ has increased at a good rate, it feels bigger (wich it isnt) when erect.

                    I have told my gf i an doing some penis exersises to keep my dick a bit more flacid, told her i like the heliswing, havent told her about any possible extra effects of the jelqing stretching and kegeling, besides the EQ gains

                    For now i keep working to keep my penis from erecting during stretches, i have noticed that i can jelq for a while when i did stretches at an 80% erect state. Still a bit to high imo.
                    I am looking to swap out the v jelqs with an exersise to make my penis point forward instead of straight up.
                    Anyone??? Ill make a thread anyways

                      Don't stretch at 80%, stretches should be done flaccid.

                          What way is it pointing?

                          Also you just started Jelqing, so it's better to jelq around 30% erect (I even jelq at 20%) When ur doing 80% jelqs you have to jelq really really softly else you can hurt yourself pretty quickly.

                            Its pointing up, glans towards the face.
                            I want it to point straight foreward or at least somewhat more straight foreward, its better for certain sexpositions. Now sometimes i overbend it and that doesnt feel nice.

                              Jelq between 30-50% erection. Stretch mostly in low angles. encourage it to grow in lower angle direction.
