    Day 22

    Month 1 day 21 workout....

    3 weeks into PE now.
    Celabrated with a day of rest...
    ( I was kinda lazy )
    Its not hard to remember to do your exercises, as you see your penis everyday when you have to go pee... haha, thats the time for me to think about. And it makes me not forget to post my progress here

    Decided to measure my flaccid lenght when the 1st month is full.
    And the erected lenght when i am 2 months in. So far i lost about 7 kilo's in weight... so that is obviously helping as well. Keep working towards a fit boddy.

    Workout of day 22 later today.

      I changed my routine a bit after reading a bunch of other progress logs around here...

      So i started off with this routine

      Warm up
      5x 2min stretch lurds
      30 min las
      warm down

      Tries some edging afterwards.
      holding a strong kegel when close.
      let it slip the 3rd time... saw less sperm than i am used to see, but i guess thats because of the kegel...

      Flacid hang day afterwards looks nice...
      workout it self turned out to be better than a 1 min stretch, it actually goes a bit hard into flaccid during the 2 min so i feel like it does the job better...

      Noticed that at the base of my penis, a but of lighter skin appeared, i dont know if that means grow, maybe others have seen it before and can give me some feedback... like an overall lighter skincolor than the rest of the penis.
      It doesbt hurt, so I do not see this as an injury.

        Save your money Bathmate is just extra stay with manual exercises for atleast a year and then decide if you want to get into the devices.

          Went out on Fridaynight... had a couple of beers....
          Ended up in some splendid action with my GF
          So a rest/sex day you can call it..

          Routine

          Warm up
          5x 2min stretch LURDS
          20 min LAS
          Warm down
          Sleep :P

          Thinking of adjusting the LAS a bit. By pulling down, and to either the left or right side. Duration will be 10 min left and 10 min right.. and maybe 10 min straight down.
          Might actually try and do a Bundled LAS. Dunno if thats a thing, but i think i remember i read it somewhere.


          Thx Purlple for dropping by on my LOG. Your log was kindoff the first one i did read, and made me start doing PE (with a log) myself. Therefore THX buddy :P Hope to see you drop by every now and then.

            Month 1 day 25

            Routine

            Warm up
            5x 2 min stretch LURDS
            20min LAS
            Warm down

            Hang is still great as always. Started to remain flaccid throughout all the stretches. And during these flaccid stretches i can really feel a noticable sense of the suspensory lig being stretched and becoming "rubberlike".

            I want to put in some jelqs some more often, but this routine still takes me a long time to fullfill; about 1h30m... i'll try to speed things up next time... and get them jelqs going now that i can stay flaccid during the stretches.

              Month 1 Day 26.

              Routine

              Warm up.
              5x 2 min stretchs LURDS
              jelqing 15 min (not really into reps)
              Most of them downwards
              edged for 20 min before release.
              no warm down; I was too tired

              Weight.. week 26= 85.2 kg
              dropped another kilo, this sure gives gains hehe

                Month 1 day 27.

                Routine

                Warm up
                5x 2 min stretch LURDS, with helishakes after each stretch (10-20 sec)
                Warm down

                Remained 100% flaccid during all of the stretches, it was great... best stretching set so far
                Decided to measure end of this month, since i feel that the nbpel has grown. Mainly because off the drop in weight.
                2.5kg so far...

                3 days untill remeasuring...

                  Month 1 day 28.

                  My daughter turned 5 yesterday, so i had kids over from school today.. 7 kids...
                  It was a fun day, but damn going around with so many kids is tireing as hell..
                  no routine, did have sex though.

                  Overall hang today was great it keeps getting bigger most of the times over 4 inches

                    Month 1 day 29.

                    Almost a month into PE...
                    never would have thought i would last this long. Hehe, but im gonna continue vastly to a healthier bigger penis.

                    Routine.

                    Warm up.
                    5x2min stretchs LURDS (100% flaccid )
                    Helishakes inbetween.
                    Tried some bundled stretches but my penis was to engorged after the routine.
                    or at least i could not make a nice bundle.
                    Edged for about 30 min then released.
                    no warm down.

                    Tommorow is judgement day. Or maybe the day after but soonish.
                    Im curious to see progress...

                      Month 1 day 30.

                      Omfg i lasted a month

                      I didn't do any PE today as i have some sort of party weekend going on.

                      On friday ( wich is day 30)
                      I went out with my girl to visit a SwingClub for the first time. What an amazing experience i got there. We met a very friendly couple that introduced us to this Swingworld. We even swapped partners eventually. At first i thought i would spill my load within a minute, but the experience was otherwise. It felt like an edging routine , i lasted the whole night, sometimes not being able to keep it hard, which was sad ( i probably shouldn't have edged the day before) after a shower and some drinks at the bar, my girl finished me off.
                      One of the best nights of my life, looking forward to gaining and showing of a nice long rod.

                      Condoms were a problem. My erected girth is 5.5" so they clamp my dick off. Next time i'll bring my own condoms.

                        Alright i did my measurment.

                        NBFL 4-4.5" This kinda changes all the time but it doesn't drop below 4", sometimes it goes up to 5''
                        FG 5.1" Kinda didnt work on this sooo...
                        NBPEL 5.5'', +0,4 on this part. Happy about it, keeps me going. Eventhough i think this has to do with the weightloss.. but still 0,4 from only weightloss seems rather big a proggress.
                        EG 5.5" No change.

                        Happy with the progress in lenght, hoping to see more next month.

                            Month 2 Day 1

                            Weightloss progress

                            Week 27: 83.8
                            I lost 1.4kg in a week, this has mostly to do with a intense weekend and not enough food. I basicly was hungover on saterday and sunday and didn't eat much, next time i'll eat better since its monday now and i still feel like shit.

                            Warm down

                            Did not have much time at hand. But i manages to squeeze this in
                            Going to try to get the jelqs started since my stretching routine takes less and less time.

                            Looking for a good exersice for increasing the girth at the base of the shaft...

                              Month 2 Day 2

                              Routine.

                              Warmup
                              5 x2 min stretches LURDS, 25 kegels each stretch, and random helishakes inbetween, around 10 of them
                              Jelqing x 100 reps downwards
                              5x 30 sec ULI'S
                              Warm down.

                              Time to start out with some proper jelqing xD. Though it makes my routine a hell of a lot longer.... a bit over 2 hours. Little buddy is worn out atm, but i do not expect any injuries. Its a nice feel of a worked penis :P
                              Depending on PI's tommorow deciding on a rest day or not.

                              After seeing my weightloss from the last week i do want to measure again and again.
                              I might have to go into measuring BPEL instead of NBPEL. Since it will matter now i am losing weight. No need to create Illusional gains. NBPEL went up 0.4" in 1 month. Dropping in weight surely affected the NBPEL.
                              Might measure BPEL soon, eventhough its hard to measure since my penis is pointing upwards towards the bellybutton. Pushing it down affects the bloodflow enough to go into semi erected state. A well need to find a way to best measure this.

                                Month 2 day 3.

                                Routine.

                                Warm up.
                                I tried to stretch but it didnt work. I went from flaccid to erected in a couple of sec. Tried for an hour managed to do some semi erected stretches but this felt like my 1st week doing PE.
                                5x 30 sec ULI.
                                Went to the shower and jelqed.
                                100 downward jelqs (1rep 2 hands)
                                50 straight jelqs (1rep 2 hands)
                                Did these at around 50%60% erect
                                Warm down in the shower.

                                Dang flaccid hang afterwards was fat.
                                Flaccid hang is looking good, almost always fluffy and long. Certainly when its this hot outside 28 degees+

                                Had sex 2 hours after the jelqing. Felt a bit worn out at start, nut gave a great feel. EQ was better then other times.

                                I probably need a rest day tommorow
