  • Start a Journal/Log!

    My Fellow Weenie Trainers,

I don't usually post too frequently aside from my PE journal on here because I'm so busy, but this is worth saying. I was just looking through my log from 2007 so I could emulate a time period when I know I was getting good gains. I saw a little note I left because I was excited that my girth was getting to 5.5 while I was clamped; now it's 5.5 with a mediocre erection! ...and I reach 5.75 clamped! I felt like I hadn't really gotten very far in the past year until I read that. I now think that I'm having kind of a bad day when I measure in at something that amazed me only a year ago. (Keep in mind, I went almost 2 years with completely halted progress before this.)

Reasons to keep a PE journal on here:
    • You'll probably get to have a refreshing experience like the one I just had.
    • You'll be able to see more clearly if something you did one month worked very well (and be able to repeat it much more accurately).
    • You'll feel more accountable for trying to sneak in too many extra training sessions, or take too many days off (depending on whether you're more prone to over-training or getting lazy).
    • The evidence of your slow, creeping (or perhaps fast) progress will motivate others.
    • Somebody might catch it and say something if you're making a mistake in your training.
    • ...and probably a hand full of other things that I've forgotten.

I really recommend making a little bit of time for it. Once you get started you'll figure out how to post a new workout in just a minute or two.

    I started a journal.

So I can keep track of any progress. And to prevent I am fooling myself. And to do good research. Simply to find out what works, and what doesn't. I think a journal is actually a must have for any serious PE'er. It's not posted here yet, but when I have a few results I will post it here.

I just started. And since it is a new year, its a great time to start logging your progress. i hope to have some results in 2 months. I will post my results then.

Beaver, great post! You summed it up very nicely.

If you new guys need help getting a journal started take a look at Beaver's, he did a very nice job keeping records.

Beaver: Great post on the reasons to have a progress journal (post of the week, hrmm?). We'll leave this post in the General PE Forum until it dies down, then we'll sticky it in the Progress Journal Forum.

            New Here

Hi i am new here.i didnt buy any of the programs offered in the internet but i searched 6 months ago and found many information about PE so i start it.i am very very very very very>>>>>.........excited!!!I was sick of some friends that thought the could be the only ones who have girls and being very proud about having it 7 inches.i was very sick....so i start.after six months i am about 7.1 inches in EL and 7.4 BPEL.and 5.5EG.but i am still growing!!!!.
started EL:6.2.i can now see them in their eyes and think i am bigger and i will go much bigger if i can...i am a lot more confident and my girlfriend have pains after we do it for a week so he looks at me with a bit of scare.
What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange:D :p

I'm excited...for the first time I've been consistent for over a week and I've noticed a great increase in erect quality. There was some pain involved, but then I got a super hard erection. It felt really good too. I haven't noticed any real size gains, but I'm hoping that will come with more dedication. I'm around 6.5 inches NBEL and 5 inches girth. I hope to get past 7 inches this year and over 5.5 inches in girth...that would be rockin!!!

You can overtrain?...That's a tiny bit discouraging...

I did not plan on going all Hulk-Hogan and ripping my member off or anything, but I did want to start a daily routine, and thoroughly dedicate a minimum of an hour's time to my routine; two hours if I can. I'll research the site before I try anything.

I might be slightly worried if your girlfriend starts to become afraid of your penis lol
                        I think you're done!

                        Thanks for this post, beavertaffy!

                              10 x 8.5 Goal

This is excellent..i'm all over this...before PE..I was 6 x 2 till I got my first pump in 1995. after that I was 7 x2.5 and remained so until 6 months ago when I rediscovered PE through forums. I purchased my new system and put it in action and I know I have exceeded the old stats. currently I am at 7 -3/4 x 6...my goal is 10 x 8.5.
