      hey my name is Connor
i started off at a below average penis 5.5" and started using pills for 3 months and
gained half a inch(mainly due to erection strength) after a very bad experience in bed,
      really got at my confidence.
months after this i started doing multiple thing to gain size and overall sexual health
i bought a extender and vimax pills and im also doing these exercises
i've been doing this for just under a month and I've gained half a inch so im now 6.5" at hardest
i was just wondering if this is good or bad gains for just under a month?.

      what i do:
      vimax pill in morning
extender for 4 hours (don't have much time to wear it and it cuts off circulation after 15 mins)
      warm up 10 mins
      jelqs 30 mins
      uli 5 mins

Somehow never got the time to do this, but I should probably start my own journal

You can overtrain?...That's a tiny bit discouraging...
Yes, you can, so please be careful!

Can anyone tell me how I can keep my own progress record here where I can keep it to myself, instead of in the forum?

I learned and joined this gym in late 2011. I made mostly all the newbie mistakes. I overtrained, I strained my ligaments, and the biggest mistake of them all!!.I got discouraged and stopped for a total of a year. Back then I went by the alias Drillinstructa..I'm back with a new name and avatar and more importantly a new Outlook on P.E. and a better understanding of what it takes to be successful with P.E., DISCIPLINE!!!!

Nice post. I started about a year ago at 12 cm. Currently at 13.8
Looking to reach around 20 cm bpel. Currently doing 4-6 hours of extending per day with 10 mins warm up and warm down stretches along with a traction wrap post workout for a few hours. Gained .6 cm in bout a month. Looking to reach 15-16 cm by the end of the year. Don't know if its possible but I'm working on it.

Having a journal defenitely helps to stay motivated.

I don't usually post too frequently aside from my PE journal on here because I'm so busy, but this is worth saying. I was just looking through my log from 2007 so I could emulate a time period when I know I was getting good gains. I saw a little note I left because I was excited that my girth was getting to 5.5 while I was clamped; now it's 5.5 with a mediocre erection! ...and I reach 5.75 clamped! I felt like I hadn't really gotten very far in the past year until I read that. I now think that I'm having kind of a bad day when I measure in at something that amazed me only a year ago. (Keep in mind, I went almost 2 years with completely halted progress before this.)

Reasons to keep a PE journal on here:
                                • You'll probably get to have a refreshing experience like the one I just had.
                                • You'll be able to see more clearly if something you did one month worked very well (and be able to repeat it much more accurately).
                                • You'll feel more accountable for trying to sneak in too many extra training sessions, or take too many days off (depending on whether you're more prone to over-training or getting lazy).
                                • The evidence of your slow, creeping (or perhaps fast) progress will motivate others.
                                • Somebody might catch it and say something if you're making a mistake in your training.
                                • ...and probably a hand full of other things that I've forgotten.

I really recommend making a little bit of time for it. Once you get started you'll figure out how to post a new workout in just a minute or two.

I'm so glad I followed this advice back in 2013. Today I noticed my journal now is on page 100 (WOW!).

I have benefited by being able to review what I was doing and how I was doing my exercises. I know others have found my journal beneficial as well.

I would encourage all members to start a journal. It will help you be more consistent and definitely helps you see what's worked or is working for you...

All the best on your PE journey, but document what you do and your progress...you'll be happy you did!
