After years of interest in PE and little actual workout, I've started a new routine. I'm excited to keep a log here and write out my progress. Most importantly, I think this is a great way to stay on track, which was always my issue.
I've exercised 6 days out of the past 8. I measured a couple days ago and with an EQ of about 75% my numbers were 6.25" for NBPEL and 5" for MEG.
TODAY'S WORKOUT
Warm-up with rice sock - 10 min
Stretching: helicopters, pull-out stretches with kegels and reverse kegels- 10 min
150 jelqs
90 v-jelqs
Skipped squeezes today
No warm-down
Noticing a bit of fatigue as EQ drops a bit in between jelq/v-jelq sets. I should probably take a day off, but can't get myself to...
Also, not sure how often to measure.
