    2015/12/29 Beginner Routine, week 1 of 3: PE & stamina routine: Warmup 20min. Jelq x60, slaps x50, oMassage x9, all with right hand. Edge 25min with kegel x50, 3stops. Warmdown 20min.

    12/29 day 1 of 3: Libido high, excited about new routine. After not doing jelqs for a month, the jelqs felt great and EQ was up a bit. Stretch along shaft, but mostly towards glans. During edging, kegels (5sec) brought EQ way down so split them and towel raises (of smallest washcloth ever) between refresh/PONR's. Post workout, hang was longer/fuller. Forgot to visualize positive sex thoughts during edging, and practice a lighter grip. No all-day-cockring or Arginine for now; suspect I have been overtraining, so going to reduce intensity, frequency, and reps until EQ improves.

    12/31 day2: PI-since-last: no morningWood/randomErections(typical); good flaccid hang after last workout and rest day; some slight soreness mid-day after workout; pre-PE: bpfsl 7.75 (good), eq8, lib8
    AM PE: felt significant stretch internally on jelqs, intense, EQ went up until rep#50 but I was pretty hungry. Oriental massage felt a good stretch. EQ went so high that I had trouble gripping my lubed shaft for circular crank. Kegels again brough EQ down very fast, needed near constant stimulation. Perhaps I was now both hungry and tired from jelqs/stretches. Going to drop reps to the 15 I can get in across 3 restimulations.

    1/2 day3: PI-since-last: flaccid hang ok, noticed a night erection, feel slightly girthier.; pre-PE: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8.
    AM PE: low libido/EQ, probably because PE'd just after cardio workout. Less of a sensation of stretch, probably from lower EQ(7.5). No more PE right after a 30min jog.

      1/5 day1of4, PI-since-last: noticed night erection, flaccid hang just seems normal, been craving PE last two days; Pre-PI: BPSFL 7.75, EQ 8, Lib 8.5
      AM PE & stamina: EQ lower during jelqs and felt less internal stretch, but high(9) at end of edging; EQ still drops fast when kegeling. Forgot to do positive visualization again during during edging. The brief times I did, EQ shot up.

      1/7 day2, PI-since-last: noticed night erection, noticed was able to kegel without loosing erection. Flaccid hang normal.; Pre-PI: BPSFL 7.75, EQ8, Lib 8
      AM PE & stamina: EQ went up during jelqs, felt good stretch. Erections still fade without stimulation, so kegels(x12) limited.

      1/9 day3: PI-since-last: same as last entry; Pre-PI: BPSFL 7.75, EQ8, Lib 7.5
      AM PE & stamina: EQ went up during jelqs and edging (8.5 or 9). Was able to kegel (x14) more this time before erections subsided.

      1/10 day4: PI-since-last: Good hang this weekend. Added 30sec deep squat stretch.; Pre-PI: BPSFL 7.75, EQ8, Lib8
      PM PE & stamina: EQ during exercises lower than last week. Good stretch during oMassage. Distracted a bit during edging, forgot to try projecting confidence and unencumberedness. 14 kegels. Felt plump again by end of edging.

        2016/1/12 measurements, after warmup, before PE; BPEL 6.75 EG 5
        2016/1/12 week3, PE-routine: jelq x80, slaps x50, oMassage, all right handed. Stamina-routine: Kegels x14, edge25min 3stops.

        1/12 day1of5, PI-since-last: no positive PIs; prePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq7.5, lib7.5
        AM PE & Stamina routine: NO EQ rise during exercises, perhaps I'm stressed from work.
        PM PE: no EQ rise during exercises. Slight tenderness at first.

        1/13 day2
        AM PE: EQ low (7), but just finished a big cardio workout
        PM PE: EQ low (7)

        1/14 day3, prePI: BPSFL 7.5
        AM PE & Stamina: EQ8, started ok but dropped during edging
        PM PE: jelq x40, edging 10min -- EQ7, no erection during jelqing, BPSFL was shorter... so cut session short.

        1/16 day4, PI-since-last: night erection; prePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8
        AM PE & Stamina: EQ rising through jelqs. Felt good stretches. EQ up to 8.5 during edging
        PM PE: Libido high, but EQ low

        1/17 day5, PI-since-last: no morning/random erections, but good hang; prePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8.5
        AM PE: EQ rising through jelqs, so high that for first first time in quite a while I had to pause before I could get a stretch grip.
        PM PE & Stamina: No EQ rise during jelqs or stretches, but by end of edging I was highest EQ in many MONTHS (9.5).

            2016/1/25 JelqFree week1, warmup, squeeze, side-to-side, kegels, edging with stop/starts

            1/25 day1, PI-since-last: noticed night erection; prePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8.5
            AM PE: Sq x20, s2s x200; kegel x14, edge 20min w/ 3 stops. Not sure if I felt that I passed some point of fatigue, but could feel some stretch during squeezes and stretches. Some small red dots on skin, so I think I'm not conditioned for 20+ squeezes. I had worked up to ~24 reps a month or two ago without dots. Hand grip strength felt like the limiting factor on the stretches. As during beginner routine, got 3-4 5sec erect kegels in before erection faded. However, mental focus was very difficult after 10 min of edging. The last 15 min had an EQ drop. I suspect mostly from stress, but maybe also a lot of snow shoveling and fatigue from new workout.

            1/27 measure: BPEL 7.1 EG 5
            1/27 day2 PI-since-last: good flaccid hang, noticed night erection; PrePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8
            AM PE: Sq x15, s2s x200; kegel x16, edge 25min 3stops. Felt great today, EQ was up during all exercises.

            1/28 day3 PI-since-last: good flaccid hang; PrePI: BPSFL 7.6, eq8.5, lib8
            PM PE: Sq x17, s2s x220; kegel x18, edge 25min 3stops. At start, still a bit sore from last PE. Felt great, EQ was high.

            1/30 day4 PI-since-last: good hang; morning wood (been a while since I noticed one)! PrePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8.5, lib8
            AM PE: Sq x19, s2s x240; kegel x16, edge 25min 3stops. Workout felt great, over did squeezes as I have a small bruise.

              AM PE: Sq x21, s2s x260; kegel x17, edge 25min 3stops. Felt good stretches at the start of each exercise. Little distracted during edging, but erections come up a little faster than a few months ago.

              2/3 day2, PI-since-last: some slight soreness, stressful day; PrePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8
              AM PE: Sq x23, s2s x280; kegel x17, edge 25min 3stops. Some expansion from squeezes, stretches felt great.

              2/5 day3, PI-since-last: night erections; PrePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8
              AM PE: Sq x25, s2s x300; kegel x17, edge 25min 3stops. Again, girth expansion from squeezes. Noticed some kegels had an internal tension/stretch. EQ up to 9 during edging.

              2/6 day4, PI-since-last: night erections; PrePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8
              AM PE: Sq x27, s2s x320; kegel x18, edge 25min 3stops. Similar sensations to last workout. Enjoy the workouts and look forward to the next.

                AM PE: Sq x29, s2s x340; kegel x19, edge 25min 3stops. Good workout. Squeezes now limited by hand strength.

                2/10 day2, PI-since-last, high libido yesterday: night erections; PrePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib9
                AM PE: Sq x31, s2s x360; kegel x19, edge 25min 3stops. EQ was low first, perhaps because of low sleep.
                Started 50x 5sec reps on a grip strength device after PE to better do squeezes.

                2/12 day3, PI-since-last: noticed night erection; PrePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8
                AM PE: Sq x33, s2s x380; kegel x15, edge 25min 3stops. Very difficult to get erection at for squeezes, stressful day yesterday; but by edging was able to clear my mind and EQ was great. Measured 1/8 girth expansion from squeezes.

                2/13 day4, PI-since-last: good flaccid hang; PrePI: BPSFL 7.75, eq8, lib8
                AM PE: Sq x35, s2s x400; kegel x15, edge 25min 3stops. Started using clock to time kegel holds, so now full 5sec reps. EQ was harder to maintain for kegels and edging.

                  AM PE: Sq x37, s2s x420; kegel x14, edge 25min 3stops. Erections fading faster during kegels. Expansion but not extra EQ during edging. Feels like an off day.

                  2/17 day2, PI-since-last: notice flaccid hang is longer after cardio; PrePI: BPSFL 7.8, eq8, lib8
                  AM PE: Sq x39, s2s x440; kegel x16, edge 25min 3stops. Stressed today, lost focus a few times.

                  2/19 day3, PI-since-last: random semi-erections during day (been a long time); PrePI: BPSFL 7.8, eq8.5, lib8.5
                  PM PE: Sq x41, s2s x460; kegel x16, edge 25min 3stops. EQ peaked highest in years during edging, perhaps because of extra cardio this week.

                  2/21 day4, PI-since-last: good girth on flaccid hang; PrePI: BPSFL 7.8, eq8.5, lib8.5
                  PM PE: Sq x43, s2s x480; kegel x16, edge 25min 3stops. Great stretch on squeezes. Hand strength faded 3/4 through. Feel hand strength limited stretches. EQ higher than usual at start of PE, but didn't rise by edging.
