    I've been a PE'r since around 2005. I started out measuring somewhere around 6.9" BPEL. After a series of on/off segments of routines I finally reached my goal of 8" BPEL x 6.2" MEG. Now, had I kept consistent for more than a few months at a time I would have reached my goals much faster than 10 years later.

    I've tried a lot of different techniques and experimentation and have found that consistency and progressively pushing your limits will lead to success. Injuries will happen and hinder your progress if you don't take safety seriously or know when to stop. You can jeopardize some serious gains and take yourself out of routine very quickly if you do not take care of yourself.

    I will turn 30 this year and want to make some real gains before I do this September. I've got less than 9 months to achieve some goals I've set forth.

    #1 - Reach 9" BPEL
    #2 - increase mid shaft width by .5"

    Now, I know my penis and can definitely say that I may gain more girth than I want..... And I hope not for my wife's sake.

    Routine right now:
    - 200 wet jelqs/day (100 morning/ 100 night)
    - 5 minute fulcrum stretches
    - 50 head-pull shaft squeezes
    - 20 Erect bends
    - 5min x 2 pump sessions

    Since 01/12/16 I have been doing 100 jelqs/ day. Today I start my actual routine.

    01/16/16
    1.) 5 minute warm up
    2.) fulcrum stretches (up/down) 10 minutes
    3.) 200 wet jelqs
    4.) erect bends 5 minutes
    5.) pump 2 x 5 minute sessions at 5 hg.
    6.) massaged clean skin with Aragon Oil.

    1.) 5 minute warm up
    2.) 150 wet jelqs

    I've noticed that I have been consistently measuring over 8" BPFSL and my BPEL is staying right at 8.0". I'm getting and keeping great shaft expansion but my skin is very sore right now. I may take today somewhat easy with some light stretching and only 50 jelqs. We will see.

      Ive been on vacation with the wife the last few days so my routine hasnt been very consistent.

      What I have done is:

      1/18/16
      - 150 wet jelqs

      1/19/16
      - 50 jelqs

      1/20 - 1/22
      - No workout

      1/23
      - 5 minute warm-up
      - 5 minute fulcrum stretch
      - 150 wet jelqs

      My erection quality has been crap for the past few days too. Not sure why. Hopefully this will resolve itself with some PC exercises.

        Notes: had great EQ in the evening with my wife noticing right away. Random erections and very hard morning wood.

          Notes: After redness subsides I can definitely see difference in my hang and random erection hardness.

                Ive been using coconut oil on my penis and it has actually helped with redness and discoloration. The red spots cleared up by the end of the night when it usually stays until I hit the rest days.

                        Notes: I've been noticing a fluctuation in EQ being all over the place. My morning wood is rock hard but my regular erections seem to be hit or miss from 80% - 90%.... But I've never actually hit 100% without using my hand or cock ring. Kinda frustrating sometimes.

                        I've also noticed it's easier for me to hit an 8" BPEL. As my usual erections hit 7"-15/16ths which would be over 8" if I took out the 1/2 cm at the start.
