  • One last shot (JP90)

I have done PE two times previously with no gains. However, none of the programs I used was as intense as JP90s. So this will be my last go at PE. If no gains, then I guess it wasn't for me. Next 12 weeks should be interesting

    JP90 Routine

    8m Warm Up

    Heli Shake x20
Stretch Left for a count of 25 kegals
    10 clockwise circle stretch
    10 counter clockwise stretch

    Heli Shake x20
Stretch Right for a count of 25 kegals
    10 clockwise circle stretch
    10 counter clockwise stretch

    Heli Shake x20
Stretch straight out for a count of 25 kegals
    10 clockwise circle stretch
    10 counter clockwise stretch

    Heli Shake x20
Stretch straight up for a count of 25 kegals
    10 clockwise circle stretch
    10 counter clockwise stretch

    100 Jelqs (50 each hand)
    30 V Jelqs
    x3

    6m Warm Down

Someone please correct me if that is wrong.

    Day 1

So I just finished the first session. Took about an hour. Gonna really try and get that time down. Time spent has always been my biggest gripe with PE.

Everything felt pretty good. The jelqs took the longest. The heli circles are hard, I end up just whipping is back and forth

Still been doing the routine. Just dont see the point in updating daily when I'm doing the same thing.

I did change it up a bit though to save some time. I added another round of heli shakes, stretch and circles just to get stretched in all directions. Instead of doing those 3 rounds of jelqs I just do one but with 50 V jelqs instead. So it's 50 regular jelqs (100 total with both hands) and then 50 V jelqs.

Gonna really try and do this for 3 months.

This is my 3rd week on the jp90, so be consistent, and maybe if you don't see gains from the jp90 try another routine after, or a bathmate anything since ur already conditioned. Just don't give up man, too many success stories so why not us. Best of luck!

Good luck with your third try, my hubby did well with it and had fantastic results.

            Hey man,

Don't give up even if you don't see results in the first 12 weeks keep it up. Consistency is key. It took me just over 6 months before I saw any results, some of us are just slower gainers. If you have any questions or need any motivation feel free to message me.

don't give up remember there are so many other PE therapies you can try remember every person is different what works for one person may not work for another but at least you'll be conditioned to move on and try more aggressive or advanced PE regiments !

Thanks for all the replies, did not expect them.

I'm doing a 2 on 1 off right now instead of the 5 on 2 off. Doing the math I'd only be doing one less PE day over the course of 4 weeks. That one day off really makes it a little easier to keep the routine going instead of doing 5 straight.

I haven't measured but I doubt I've gained anything, it's only been 20 days. I have also been edging on the PE days (little bit throughout the day) and on the off day I'll actually masturbate after a long edging session, gets kind of messy. I have discovered that I can shoot a cumshot 5 feet after all that.

Have also noticed EQ has been stronger

stronger EQ is a nice gain in itself! Good luck to you. The idea of gains is too awesome to give up on. Chances are you will find something that works. If the manual stuff doesn't end up getting it done maybe try a device. I've never tried an extender, but those are proven to work and in theory don't require much effort from you.

I'm a bathmate user myself. I haven't used it long enough to be an expert, but from my early experience i'd recommend it to anyone. You have to use it with caution though if you aren't well conditioned to pumping already. I've hurt myself a couple times trying to do too much too early.

I do think you should continue on your current routine though before even considering something else.

                  to your other point:
It's all fun and games until you can't track it down and someone else finds it : )
                  Starting(1-4-2016):
                  5.7 BPEL 4.5 MEG
                  Current:
                  6.15 BPEL 4.875 MEG
                  Goal :
                  7 BPEL x 5.5 MEG

I have looked into extenders in the past. Is there a specific one that most people use?

Also regarding your schedule I think both 5 on 2 off or 2 on 1 off are great options. I think it's probably good to mix it up to keep your body guessing too.

There are some that never take a day off unless they have a negative PI. I don't like that approach but I know it works for others.

For me personally I feel like I haven't pushed myself hard enough if I don't have some minor negative PI's that require me some rest.

I'm still pretty new to this. Just some random thoughts from things i've read. I've lurked the forums for a long time before actually buying into this.

I hear great things about size genetics and the phallosan forte. I might not have spelled both of those right.

Expensive, but I plan to buy one at some point if I stall on gains.

For pumps I would recommend water based pumps. Both the penomet and bathmate are quality pumps.

Again though, you mya's well finish your routine. and ask yourself if you aren't pushing yourself hard enough or if you truly need to try something else. There is also a chance that you're pushing yourself too hard already. So many variables.

From what I hear it's a lifelong journey. Some people are lucky enough for some reassuring newbie gains but others are either hard gainers or take a while to understand exactly how to push their body

I'd rather try the extender than a pump. Even though I don't have much girth I'm shooting for length gains first. I may be doing a little too much but that was part of the reason why I decided to go with less jelqs. A few days ago I also edged for four hours and then came, it was pretty intense. That was also after hours of edging previously in the same day. Couldn't really walk after that. Even now I've been edging for about 90 minutes

The longer you go without giving up, being safe and consistent, the more likely you will be to see results. If you are serious, keep going even if this doesn't work. Of course, it is perfectly okay to give up if you don't care that much.

Still been consistent. I think I'm about halfway through after this week. Haven't measured or anything but I'm pretty sure I didn't gain anything in only 6 weeks
