      Greetings! in my opinion, you should condition yourself to manual only exercises for about 4-6 months first, before proceeding with extenders and things of the sort. Keep it up, be consistent, and you will see gains follow. Remember, this doesn't happen overnight, it takes months of hard work and determination to notice a size increase. It's just like going to the gym and expect to look like Arnie in a year. Be patient and good luck!

        EQ seems to better. Sometimes I feel like the flaccid hang is longer than normal

        Yeah I don't plan on using extra equipment for a while or even ever depending on how this goes

          So this week marks the end of 12 weeks of JP90

          I didn't really do any proper measurements before I began but I did know the general ballpark. After 12 weeks it looks like around .20 to .25 gain in length and about 1/8" in girth.

          Like I said before, I switched the program up a bit. I added another heli shake, stretch + kegals and circle stretches so I could stretch in all directions (left/right/straight/up/down). For the jelqing I just did 50 jelqs and 50 V-jelqs. All this was 2 on 1 off

              So a couple weeks ago I started this back up again after a long break. Instead of doing 2on1off I'm doing 5on2off for a little more volume.

              I think after a year or so I might buy an extender or pump to take it another step further. I was gonna make another thread for this but figured I'd ask here first. Has anyone had good/bad experiences with those things? They're kind of pricy. I heard some people just use the extender during sleep and the bathmate when they shower
