    Hiii ... I am very glad that I have cm across this forum .... I am south Indian ... Height 5'10 ... Weight 73 KG (kilo grams) .... My length BPEL 5.5 (14cms)

    I will be updating my PE here on a daily basis !!!

    initial stats : (ON FEB 8 2016 )

    BPEL : 14 CMS

    NBPEL : 13 CMS

    EG (1/4 INCH BELOW GLANS) : 11.7 CMS

    Day 1 :

    Morning 2 L- Arginine 500 mg capsules

    PE :

    Warm up with Towel - 8 mins
    Stretching - up,down,left,right,straight out (30secs) × 3 sets
    Helicopter shakes (20s) × 3 sets
    Wet jelqs : 50 (60-65% erection level )
    V Jelqs : 30 (75% erection level )
    Warm down - 5 mins

    1 Multivitamin
    1 lysine (500mg) after lunch
    ( I have also bought zinc gluconate 50 mg capsules ... But my multivitamin capsule contains 55mg zinc sulphate monohydrate ... So I am not consuming zinc separately ... Will take one zinc capsule on Off days )

    Will consume another 500mg Arginine @ night

    Notes : Losing Grip during stretches (for every 10 seconds) ... I have to shave my pubic hair (created a lot of discomfort while jelqing) ... Ordered Cocoa Butter cream for wet jelqing (currently I am using soap)

      Circle stretches - 10

      Wet Jelqs - 75

      V- Jelqs 0 (No time for it )

      Warm down : 5mins

      ** Losing grip for every 10 seconds during stretches

        My LOT is 6:00 ... Doing kegels during stretches (25 kegels in a 30 sec stretch )

          Soap is definitely a bad idea, the head could get sensitive. How about water-based lube in the meantime?

              Day 3 :

              Morning 2- L Arginine (500mg)

              PE :

              Straight out, up , down , left , right (40 sec ) × 2

              10 sec big circles (left, right ) × 5

              Wet jelqs - 75

              V - jelqs - 25

              Warm down - 5mins

              Lunch (multivitamin , lysine)

              Notes :

              Did 25 kegels (1 - 1.5 secs ) during each stretch (only in 1st set of stretches )

              So A total of 125 kegels ... My lot is 6 ... So while kegeling @down stretch I can't feel it ..

              Losing the grip while stretching for every 10-15 secs ... I am uncircumcised ... Any suggestions ???

                felt horny this afternoon ... Went for bathroom and edged for 10 minutes ...gaawdd ... I was never this hard .... And I can feel the difference ... And I am only three days into PEing .... Reached PONR twice ... Rushed back to room ..took Scale and measured after stimulating my Jr again ....

                And the measurement was 14.3 cms (original was little over 14... So that's an 0.1 inch + )
                Donno whether it was due to my increased EQ or my dick really grew by 0.1 inch ?? (English is not my mother tongue .... And I am not that gud at English )

                ** Will jelq by using Cocoa butter from tomorrow

                  No stretches today (was busy ... So did a quick PE session )

                  Wet Jelqs : 100 (used Cocoa Butter ... Today jelqing was sooper smooth )

                  V - jelqs : 10 (5 secs 1 jelq )

                  Warm down : 5 mins

                  Notes : winded up the whole PE session in 20 mins today

                  Will concentrate more on stretching tomorrow

                  No porn since day1

                              Due to pain ... Today tk another 1000mg (2*500) arginine after PE session ... After 30mins pains subsided and feeling normal now ...will do PE tomorrow ..but will limit my jelqs to 90
