    [Old log in 2016]

    Hey guys, so this begins my PE journey.

    Starting measurements in Feb 2016:
    BPEL: 5.9" / 15cm
    MSEG: 5" / 12.8cm

    Last measurement in Apr 2016 (+3 months):
    BPEL: 5.9 6.0.1.2.3 (+0.4)
    MSEG: 5.0.1.2.3.4 (+0.4)

    Goals:
    BPEL: 7"
    MSEG: 6"

    Modest goals to start with. I intend to update often and post my routines after every session. If any bros wanna be buddies to keep each other going, hit me up. I'll be a nice buddy!

    20160202 Tuesday, Week 1

    Warm up 5 mins (warm towel)
    Basic jelq 100 reps (40, 40, 20)
    Kegels 20 (5 sec)
    Stop and start (3x, came on 4th)
    Warm down 5 mins (warm towel)

    This is my first time trying these exercises. Warmed up with a towel soaked in hot water. I followed Big Al's basic routine on mecoach and had to figure out what the models were doing in the videos. I had to break between sets of the basic jelq to relube. Was not very disciplined in maintaining a hardon for the kegels. I didn't have much time towards the end so I jerked quickly for the stop and start and came in no time (good for soggy biscuit games )

      20160204, Thursday, Week 1

      Jelq free routine
      Warm up hot towel 5 mins
      Squeezes 50 (5 x 10 reps)
      Side to side 300 (3 x 100 reps)
      Kegels 20 (4 x 5 reps)
      Warm down hot towel 5 mins

      Found the basic jelqs very easy to finish, so I moved on to an advanced routine.

      Squeezes were very interesting, loved seeing the girth bulge when I squeeze. My fingers got really tired though.

      Side to side was tiring for my dick. The stretch felt like I was pulling my dick out so I reduced the tension after the first set.

      Kegels were usual, but I made an effort to get hard after each set.

        20160205 Friday, Week 1

        Jelq free routine
        Warm up hot towel 5 mins
        Squeezes 50 (5 x 10 reps)
        Side to side 300 (3 x 100 reps)
        Kegels 23 (4 x 5 reps)
        Start and stop (5 mins)
        Warm down hot towel 5 mins

        Getting used to the exercises. Fingers weren't as tired as yesterday but got a good squeeze workout. Also getting the hang of the side to side, working it like a clock at 1 second each rep. My kegels feel more stable. Didn't have much time (or patience) for stop and start so I just jerked off for 5 mins under control. Did not allow myself to cum.

          20160206 Saturday, Week 1

          Measurements:
          BPEL: 6.3" / 16cm
          MSEG: 5" / 12.8cm

          Woke up with a raging hardon. Decided to measure myself. Already had a small gain in length!? Amazing.

            20160209 Tuesday, Week 2

            Jelq free routine
            Warm up hot towel 5 mins
            Squeezes 40 (4 x 10 reps)
            Side to side 300 (3 x 100 reps)
            Kegels 25 (5 x 5 reps)
            Warm down hot towel 5 mins

            Had been too busy for PE. Came earlier in the day so dick is still a bit sore, reduced my squeezes by a set. Everything else felt OK. Getting better with kegels now. Decided not to do start and stop today.

            I think I need to take some pics before things change too much, haha

              20160210 Wednesday, Week 2

              jelq free routine

              Warm up hot towel 5 mins
              Squeezes 55 (5 x 10 reps)
              Side to side 300 (3 x 100 reps)
              Kegels 30 (3 x 10 reps)
              Warm down hot towel 5 mins

              Jerked off this morning from the horniness but still stuck to the schedule. Not sore today so I went for my usual reps and increased the numbers slightly. 55 squeezes today. More kegels today. Feeling good. I should stick to an alternate day off though.

                Jelq free routine
                Warm up hot towel 5 mins
                Squeezes 60 (6 x 10 reps)
                Side to side 400 (4 x 100 reps)
                Kegels 40 (4 x 10 reps)
                Stop and start 31 mins (7+24)
                Warm down hot towel 5 mins

                Horned up today, pretty good EQ. Did a set more squeezes. Switched hands on each set for side to side, got a good tension for each hand on each side. More kegels today even as I got softer. Power of control in my edging today. Almost lost it in my first set cos I wasn't very careful, but I was determined to make it up on my second. Lasted pretty long.

                  Hit the gym today, had a good full body workout and then did my PE in the showers. A bit tired from my workout so kegels were a bit weaker. But love a good workout.

                            Tired, had a late PE session today. Side to side stretch and kegels were a bit difficult due to shrinkage and tiredness. Jerked off my morning wood, which wasn't totally rock hard, so testosterone was down too. Weird?
