  • Rest today and tommorow. I'll measure tommorow but I don't expect any gains.
    In fact, I'll be happy if I haven't lost some gains due to the decon break.

    • I actually saw some gains, even if I really didn't expect any. (As always, any small gains like this could be due to incorrect measuring..)
      I measured:
      7.44" bpel (+0.12")
      6.85" nbpel (+0.12")

      No midshaft gains but I didn't expect any since I've only had 5 clamping-sessions.
      The temporary gains I got from clamping last week was gone, so the temporary gains is there for a day or two.

      I'll be clamping and hanging during the summer, since I'll get my own apartment 1st july I can take PE much more serious.

      Edit: I hope to take the 1"-mark next month.

      • Lookin Awesome there Gyrta. I too, have an upward curve and its quite an awesome thing to be sporting, one question though. What specific excersises are you doing to make the veins appear more prominant?

          Ulis and clamping makes the veins more prominent. I don't know if there's a specific exercise for making them more prominent.
          I think that any exercise that give you girth gains will make your veins more prominent since the new added girth will "push" the veins out and make them more prominent.

            Comments: I was ment to do two hanging sets but I didn't have time so I only did one. But it went pretty good.

              Man, the BTC was a ligs-killer, I really though that it would rip my penis off. Anyway, it felt great. The SD-session don't focus as much on the ligs, I guess it stretch the penis itself more.

              Will do some clamping/jeqing before I sleep.
