  • I think its safe to add 1lb or 1x set per week (but avoid doing both at once. If you keep doing it consistently, you'll be doing a solid amount of weight and or sets in no time.

    Check out hanging 101, I give a lot of details on this there including an example of safe routine progression.

        Yeah, I don't really have an option since I screwed up my glans with manual stretches.
        Even if I hit a plateau with hanging, I can't really go back to manual.

          • I maybe didn't screw it up but I got blisters on my glans, in the beginning they would go away after 10 min. But later they were there almost always.


            It destroyed the good look of my glans.

            • Blisters? :S How did they form? I am certain that you used enough lube while jelqing, so that cannot be it.

                  • I felt to rest yesterday (friday) so I did that.
                    Today I'm going to hang with added weight. I'm adding about 1 pound.

                      • I'm hanging 2.5kg and was about to add 1 pound (roughly estimated). I think that I'm going to stick to my usual 2.5 kg with swinging.

                        • Bib used swinging to help create better fatigue. I have a quote from him on the subject in "Blinks Hanging Tips":

                          Blink's Hanging Tips

                          I have used swinging myself (but not often). I use it mostly when I am just trying to get more fatigue.

                            I'm not getting fatigue and I'm hanging 5.5 pounds, but when I swing I really feel a great amount of fatigue.
