This could be the case... we don't know what your relationship is like. But everyone's perception is their reality, and there are no such thing as memories of actual events... only memories of memories that, as Tara mentioned, get skewed over time. With that, maybe after 25 years of just experiencing YOUR penis and how your wife perceived the other guy's size when she was 15/16 years old... and her thinking 25 years or so into the past, she just thinks the other guy may have been bigger.
