I do agree with this and have made this point myself about body size vs penis size. I definately think it would appear quite bigger if I had a smaller body size and less of a fat pad. I very well may be mental about this but I just cant help but have my doubts about the studies. PS- Im 6'1 235 or so lbs.

Well, that is unfortunately more an issue of how you have trained yourself to think about your own size, than an actual statistic. I used to think the same until I came here. Wasn't until then that I realized everyone was full of shit, as it seemed not a single person I knew was smaller than 8" in length and 6.5" in girth.

Funny thing is I used to think I was average to a little bit more until I came here. Thats when I really started having my doubts. Theres just one big dick dude after another here, and im talking about what they started out with. You're on a website where men increase the size of their penis. Aside from new members and those who aren't here for enlargement, our sizes mean nothing in terms of our normal, unaltered penis size which would be what makes up averages.

There was also a thread earlier where a user was wondering why his size was .2" smaller than it was the last time he measured. Difference was he measured correctly this time, which people don't always do. So long as someone measures the exact same way every time, they'll be able to see changes in size, but that doesn't always mean that the total number they see is the correct size.

Even with a 100% erection (not doing the whole flaccid to erect magic trick), I can make myself look 1" longer and 1" thicker than I actually am in a photo, all from measuring incorrectly. That would put me at almost 8"x6" which seems to be the holy grail of size for some reason.

I shouldnt but it still matters to me. If I was on a deserted island by myself for the rest of my life it would still be an issue to me. I know my length is probably above average but my girth is where I really have my doubts. Even if I totally believed the studies then it would put about 40-50% of the population bigger than me in girth (If I recall correctly). Not real comforting. Its just the competitive nature of most men.

I think I'd believe OP's hypothetical woman (well for me, real for him) a lot more with his stats than my 7"x 5" MEG x 6" BEG. I definitely wouldn't rule out the chances that people are either outright fibbing about their size or measuring wrong and giving themselves a bit extra size.

The chances that someone is posting a size smaller that they actually are is almost zero, but posting a size larger than they are is a definite possibility.

As DemOne said, the guys you see here posting huge stats are usually the cream of the crop in PE'ing. The guys who have been dedicated and gotten good results. The lurkers probably have an average size much smaller than the average of registered members and maybe don't feel like putting their size on display.

Nope. Only been with 3 women though (met my wife young). Your right theres nothing wrong with 5" meg but it sure appears there is a lot of guys bigger then this and I just cant help but think how much better would it be for my wife if I was a half inch bigger in girth. I am pretty sure my BG has grown and it does seem that the wife is enjoying it more but it is a double edge sword. It does seem to confirm that most women enjoy a larger penis. The entire route of this guilt is situated with your wife. (I am not saying it is the sole reason though)

Thanks for the feedback. I am puzzled how you link me feeling bad about myself and me blaming my wife. I dont blame her for any of my shortcomings. My wife has never suggested that she would prefer a larger penis and I dont fault women that do. My wife was a virgin when I met her and dont think she has any idea what effects a larger (within reason) penis would have on her. I do know a 6" girth would be too big for her since, like a dumbass I got her one of those 8 X 6 cyber skin dildos and she hated the girth.

So you may ask whats the basis for my frustration and insecurity? I just think if I had larger girth then her experience might be a lot better. I also have my doubts thst my girth is really average or above the median. As for admitting im insecure about my size. I dont think this is necessary since I think it is pretty obvious already. Just read my posts.
