So this new girl started at my work she is 18 cute as a button and her family and i guess shes mormon. I could tell she was checking me out the first day we met. I only went in to check my schedule and was going to get food to but was too cheap to buy without my discount. she offered me hers i didn't even know her name then so i could tell she wanted attention from me. didn't get anything but she kept on insisting i do. i leave and work with her later i tell dirty jokes to her and my friend i jokingly say Ill marry you "have jokingly proposed to all my co workers even the lesbian and a few of my guy fiends". She says yes but i joke about not knowing her and say we need a date first she jumps on it and asks when i am free. give her my number and she texts me right away when she gets home. I keep paling around but do firt heavily and we talk about twerking contests and how shes better at it than me and she could show me, also how she would break the rules for me nothing specific just that she would. o go to her graduation that my friend also was at and we talk and she hugs me and says see you tomorrow. She cancels our date saying she had a stomach bug but ends up going to a bunch of grad party's and hardly messages me the rest of the day and her replies are short and kinda just meh. completely different than the days before i tell her i'm busy today with work in the morning then the restaurant at nigh. My plan is not to text her unless she texts me i want to see where her interest level is if she doesn't text me i work with her Mon. I also don't want to come off as clingy by texting all the time she did say she wanted to reschedule the date but the schedule isn't out so i don't know what days i can yet. I can see myself liking her and she thinks Im cute and funny. I hate texting too I am much better in person any advise am i just over thinking i do that shit and no i don't say this to her.

What is it you want? Do you want a date with her? Then just go on the date. You got her number early on, she said she wanted a date with you, asked you when you're free, then you just didn't actually make it happen.

Why do you think she's sending you mixed messages? It's because you're sending her mixed messages. Do you want the date or not? Be straight, be certain, be clear.

If you want her to go away, don't text her. If you think she's cute, tell her.

Always be careful about dating someone you work with. Also she is 18, she is young and silly so remember that. Let things happen if they are supposed to. Don't push too hard. You want to be confident not needy. After the schedule comes out wait for her to text you a couple of days if she doesn't you could text her but if she doesn't answer, drop it.

I suggest you go find some other girls to hang out with and go have fun. Once she sees you are having fun without her she'll be back to texting you in no time. If that doesn't work just keep playing the field man. Plenty of women out there.

Oh and do not text her right now until she text you. She will think you're clingy.

Younger girls can change their minds as easy as the wind changes direction. I'd either try to lock down another date and see what happens, or lay off and see if she comes around. Typically if a girl cancels on me and doesn't suggest another date I'll do this, and if she is hesitant to lock down a new date then it is time to move on.

I also second the bit about dating someone you work closely with. Been there, regretted it, and never doing it again.

I feel she still want a date she did offer a reschedule. Ive flirted been pretty upfront. I like her and honestly this will most likely be a summer fling she goes to college out of state in the fall. I don't want to miss out on this experience though she is pretty cool i'm hoping she is just busy this weekend with grad and all. what i am afraid of is ive come off too strong she was chasing me but now that ive shown i'm really interested it feels like she backed off i want things to be mutual. She has said she isnt doing anything over the summer so we can hang. We have talked very little today.

i know wish this is why i come to you guys haha. You guys are usually more level headed i do feel mind games at play though. Ill see her in person today ill give it a shot and if shes still playing games ill cut her off i got a cute blonde option in school today so Ive got options. I just worry its me sometimes based on my experience with that cheating ex. I'm over her but the ego takes a hit you know i kinda want this fling too like a short term GF kinda hate that the other girl is still the last GF i had.

@chris1234a: Look at the schedule @ work. Next day you're both on shift together @ the restaurant, casually tease her to get her horny, then fuck her in the pantry, or the walk-in cooler. Once she gets some, she'll want more @ 18. The thrill of getting caught will highten the excitement for the both of you, plus, if you get caught and they fire you, you were leaving anyway; so it's just a departing "Gift"! She'll likely keep her job, they always fire the guys in this senario, or conversely, they'll offer to move you into management! Good Luck!
