Got into the gym... I guess it really does matter when I'm down, i work out. i make time to work out to feel better I guess...

I'm super busy and I know i'm going to be for shit later today, as far as energy goes, but I'll be markedly upbeat, .

hopped on the bike between two people.. My favorite bike was open but either bike next to it was taken. I just sat down between the people and made my time Sadly, i'm WAY out of practice. I barely hit 6.85 miles by the end of 30 minutes. and I had gotten my heart rate under control by 7.05. It's sad. 6.85 miles and I was pushing 170bpm, heartrate. Constant 165-170. *sigh* i was pushing 7+ at 155-165, i think, at my peak.... gotta get back into the rhythm.

All the while I'm still trudging along... I've noticed something... I tend to finish last... but when I do finish, i finish best . I'll take it. along with my damn workout!

Been eating well, so I'm trying to come back... My weight is back under 225water weight pushed me to 230... Wonderful i think. All i have to do is keep going!!!

This summer is going to be awesome. I'm going to be able to workout every other day, eat well, work and make money and possibly travel! hopefully everything comes out the way i want it to... I'm thinking of going to Ireland! w00t!
