    Unfortunately after my second set I was feeling numbness at the top front of my penis, where all the sensitive nerves are. Whenever I have this happen, I am done. PE is NOT worth permanently damaging my unit. Obviously there is something I'm doing wrong, now that I've been going up more in weight. I need to figure out what is going wrong and change it. It has to be either my wrap or my hanger... so I'll figure it out.

      • Two, maybe you've been moving up too quickly?

        You and I are very similar in when we started and what we're doing and weights used. I find 5-7.5lbs comfortable and 10lbs heavy. At 10lbs I started to get a 'raw' spot and noticed bunching into my glans which produced numbness. I've taken a two week decon break where I'm doing morning stretches for 30 mins on wake-up and girth exercises (erect jelq's) in the evening. Visually I'm seeing a nice increase over these 2 weeks, but tomorrow I go back to morning jelq's in the shower and hanging (I'll start back up at either 5 or 7.5lbs) in the evening.

        Try a 2 week decon break from hanging...
        Original/Current Stats:
        09 / 2017: BPEL 6.75" / NBPEL 6" / MEG 4.75" / BPFSL 7.25"
        09 / 2019: BPEL 7.625" / NBPEL 6.625" / MEG 5" / BPFSL 8.125"

        Realistic Goals:

          I have sex 1-3 times a week. I can ejaculate whenever I want. I do not masturbate/have sex 5hours before or after hanging.

            What are your overall gains from hanging over what period of time? I was just on a few days off, can't wait to hit it hard this week.. when the girls not over

                • Have really been contemplating "giving up" on hanging and doing manual routines and trying to gain girth. Hanging is great, and I will continue doing it. I have "enough" length, girth is my real goal at the end of the day. Going to keep hanging though until I'm ready. I want to at least hang for a year, then I need to cement my gains. I didn't get to hang much this month so I'm expecting negative 'gains' or no gains.

                  The "pain" you get from hanging, or riding fatigue, is pretty fucking intense. After a long day at work coming home and hanging 12.5lbs off your dick isn't always the most fun. I figure I've made it this far, might as well keep going

                    Gonna learn how to Bib and hopefully get it working.

                    My penis has gotten so fucking small from taking a break. It's infantile! Smaller than my thumb, when erect!

                        - DLD Blasters (did 100 kegel pulls, couldn't finish 50 reps of the A-Stretch, did like 20)
                        - 2 x 5 second bundled stretches (both ways straight out, these are strange)
                        - Tried Uli#3, had a hard time keeping hard after like 2 sets
                        - Did 3 regular Ulis
                        - Some dry jelqs
                        - Edging

                        One thing I realized is its very difficult to track what you're doing, while trying to keep an erection. Counting how many seconds and how many reps, etc. Edging makes me EXTREMELY sleepy I've noticed as well. Just feels too good. Think I will start doing my routine as soon as I get home now instead of waiting until later at night. Looking forward to what the future brings.

                        I remember now that EQ and maintaining a lot of blood in your unit during manual is so important. I used to do meditating before my routines. I remember how important it is to clear your mind and be able to focus while doing PE to maintain that EQ and blood flow. Can't have your mind wandering on non-PE things when you're in the zone.

                        - 10 second stretches L, R, UP, BTC(L) BTC(R)
                        - 35rep bellybutton stretch + kegel
                        - 20 second hold kegel
                        - 20 second hold reverse kegel
                        - 5 second fulcrum stretches L, R, UP, Down
                        - measure FSL & BPFSL (for temp gains, which showed I didn't do too well need to increase exercise)
                        - edge arouse myself until I can measure BPEL and EL

                        Girth
                        - 15 second uli/horse squeezes, 6 times
                        - light jelqing in between
                        - measure girth

                            Manual exercises sure can give the penis expansion in many variations when compared to something constant like hanging/extending! Not saying hanging is bad but I see it more like as a supporting exercise than a primary one. Remember when I mentioned pre-exhaustion?

                              I have started playing with my Bib yesterday and it looks like things are going well so far. Only hanging 3 lbs and will be at this weight for a while no doubt to get the feel for the optimal settings.

                              I did get a little concerned with the end of the set, my penis was really fucking cold. I slapped my dick on my leg and jelqed for a little bit and things got better. I think I have to tamper with the lower settings a little bit more but I am really applying much of bib's information as much as I can and things look good. Only wrapping with theraband as well because it allows for best grip.

                              Still gonna play it safe though and refine technique for a couple weeks. No need to rush this thang. Hopefully you're doing good brah.

                                So for those of you following I changed it up a bit. Month 5 I didn't get too much time in the hanger PLUS I've started to switch over to more of a manual exercise routine. The way I am measuring is also a bit different and I'm measuring girth as well. Temp gains and Perm gains.

                                Perm:
                                FSL: 6 1/4'
                                BPFSL: 7 3/4'
                                EL: 16.2cm (6.378')
                                BPEL: 19cm (7.48')

                                EG: 5'

                                Temp:
                                FSL: 6 6/16'
                                BPFSL: 7 3/4'


                                EG: 5 3/16'So I had the idea "oh, I'll try measuring everything in CM since it makes more sense" but my girth ruler sucks and I figured I'm just going to stick with measuring in inches. My BPEL increase may not be 100% accurate. I do not think I gained that much, but its nice to see I'm getting close to 7 1/2 inches BPEL!

                                As far as girth, as long as I see "temp gains" after each routine, I will stick with the routine. I am having PI's so nothing bad yet. I am working up, starting slow and seeing where things go. Like I've said before also I'm going to start meditating prior to my workouts since when it comes to EQ and girth gains, you need to really be more focused vs mindless hanging. Not saying hanging doesn't require skill or anything, but I guess I'm saying you don't necessarily need to be meditating to get into the zone for hanging lol.
