Wow! Sounds like a huge hassle with all the wrapping and multiple sets with such a small amount of weight! I warm up with 8 lbs, jump up to 12 lbs after a 10 minute warm up and hang with the 12 lbs for the remainder of an hour and never have to do multiple sets. I don't get excessive skin stretch, nor do I need to worry about cutting off blood flow during the entire hour... no need to "smack my dick against my legs" to regain circulation! I hope you don't injure yourself causing tissue damage or nerve damage! Keep in mind I'm just in cruise control with a maintenance hang routine right now.Originally posted by Two View PostHanging isn't easy...

- 20 minute warmup
- 20 minute 6.25lb BTC
- 10 minute 6.25lb BTC
- 15 minute 6.25lb BTC
- breaks in between
- lotion rub warm down
I've tried something new. I push the hanger up before I tighten it to try and get the blood out the top shaft and head. It worked well the first set.
The second set I did not take my wrap off but I smacked my dick on my legs to get blood flow. Second set sucked I was having problems 10 minutes in didn't feel 100% comfortable continuing.
Third set I took wrap off, re-wrapped, and tried again. After 15 minutes I felt too much blood in my unit. If I want to continue going up in weight this is something I need to fix as the higher weight will only make keeping blood our more difficult.
Tonight I will hopefully get 3 more sets in of 20 minutes.-Foldus,

I don't want you self promoting your product on my thread.
- Bib is not a hassle
- I don't care what you're warming up with
- I don't have skin stretch
- I don't care if you're on "cruise control"
- My blood flow is perfect
- I'm not going to injure myself so please don't insinuate that I'm going to
You're ---- and so is your marketing method. Please keep it the fuck off my thread.
Thank youLast edited by Two; 12-12-2017, 09:58 PM.

Thanks guys!
If you have any suggestions for how I have my log laid out, I'm more than open to suggestions!
I'm thinking each month I'll have 1 post that organizes everything so people skimming through the blog can easily read it.

In my humble opinion, scare tactics isn't a great way to sell products and services. Maybe another lost sale?Originally posted by Marlon LGHanger View PostWow! I was interested in potentially buying a suction hanger but its been non-stop shady methods to promote their product. I won't be buying one anytime soon.Originally posted by Tamora View PostIn my humble opinion, scare tactics isn't a great way to sell products and services. Maybe another lost sale?

12/13/2017:
- 30 minute warmup (was reading more on Bib forum)
- 4 x 20 minute 7.5lb BTC
- 1 x 20 minute 6.25lb BTC
- 10 minute breaks in between
- 10 minute warmdown
Whole sessions, from warmup to warmdown, took about 3 hours. Definitely the most time I've spent in 1 session hanging. My 5th set, even with dropped weight, I was hitting fatigue. My dick is toast.
I want to try and do 5 sets every night. It's going to take a lot of my free time away but at least I can do things while hanging still. I'm really pushing to hit 10 hours a week.
I also need to be hitting fatigue faster, preferably during set 1 or 2. That means I need to go up in weight. I won't go up in weight for another week. I'll be going up in weight close to my 2 month mark.
I am not expecting any gains in BPEL. But I definitely am feeling and seeing gains, at least in my flaccid length and girth.
I love this shit

Ok got it, BTC is pretty easy you can also lean back slightly in the chair if safe to do so. I use the sock hanging method I use a tennis sweat band at the base of the sock and that is what I tie the rope around to secure the sock to the shaft. when I hang weight the tennis wrist band and knot will usually move down toward the tip and I also squeeze the blood out of the tip. Last week I hung for a solid hour with about 7.5 lbs and when I took it off the tip was cold and I had to slowly allow blood to re-enter. I felt like I would have done serious damage if I would have forced blood in to fast...do you ever get that after a long session?8/1/13: MSEG 4.75", BPEL 6.25"
3/27/18: MSEG 5.25, BPEL, 7.25"

Read "hanging 101" if you haven't already. You don't want to hang for more than 20 minutes at a time with certain hangers like Bib because loss of blood flow can be very dangerous to your penis. I'd read up as much as you can about safety. You want to stop after 20 minutes and get blood circulating again.Originally posted by BDMS View PostOk got it, BTC is pretty easy you can also lean back slightly in the chair if safe to do so.
